What do you like best about the product?
There are many integrations and commands available especially for Microsoft Excel. I find that a great leveraging command. Macros can be run easily using AA's excel commands. Also running files inside folders is a great asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser-based automations in which we use object cloning is not stable. The bots begin to break once there are slight changes to the website which can be tricky. Also, other softwares use exception handling in a better like Blue Prism uses Recover and Resume stages so that bot does not break down in case of an error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excel related automations were solved easily. Also SQL based projects have also been automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Play around with the software as much as you can. I tried tricky things such as displaying locked down credential manager variables on the screen.

What do you like best about the product?
Standard methods to create and manage automated processes. Automation Anywhere provides simple automation templates and methods for most of the tasks that I would like to automate. Gathering and responding to data collected from the display, files and applications is simple.
I was impressed with the interaction with Excel and databases the use of automation in these areas will provide many benefits.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because Automation Anywhere interacts with some many objects and applications and provides many ways of processing repetitive steps it is necessary to spend time learning how to create the processes. Fortunately Automation Anywhere University goes a long way towards solving this problem.

I am a consultant studying the advantages an possible applications of Automation Anywhere so I have not been responsible for any practical applications - however I now that my company is using Automation Anywhere in a number of areas to process repetitive and time critical tasks.

Take advantage of the Automation Anywhere University as this will provide you with a very good understanding of what it is and how it works.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using automation anywhere for past 1 year and after using this tool i am able to say that its a best tool for creating a Bot and Automating the business process,and automation anywhere provide so many more functionality compare to other tools.like we can use surface automation using this through citrix or virtual machine.and we can also inject the Vb script .
What do you dislike about the product?
using this tool i am facing issue like reading entire excel sheet as a data table is difficult instead of reading entire sheet as data table we have to read one by one column index name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
using this application i am automating healthcare application and using this we can save alsmost 60% time and operation cost.

Its a Best automation tool and it is giving more functionality compare to other automation tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I found in this technology the possibility to do many things in less time ,be efficient, produce no mistake and the best be more creative, I'm study to certify myself and I hope soon I can prepare my first Bot

At the beginning you take a little bit of time, to understand how it works, in my case because I'm nor an IT person but very soon aI will use it, because as consultan I need this system as tool to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IN the moment I'm studying but invoices and purchase order it will be my first challenge and support the e-mail blast to my clients

Change the chip for all the companies that I know because is important that they know this kind of system, The people in Latin America, don't have a tech maturity to understand this kind of systems and the business process improvement, obtain time to creativity and other things, I will try to do and appointment with a several CEO to sale the productivity if they install this software in their companies

What do you like best about the product?
What's most helpful about Automation Anywhere software is that it's user friendly to both experienced and inexperienced programmers. Automation Anywhere gives a lot of insight of how to use all operating functions in their Automation Anywhere University Courses. Also, I love the fact that I can create DLL's and use Metabots.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that Automation Anywhere is a bit limited for experienced programmers.
Metabots does not have all of the same function as a client does.
The obj cloning function can't screen capture specific User Interface messages or buttons.
The Image recognition function is not always accurate.
Another issue I have is that speed plays a big factor in Automation Anywhere. For example, in order to get the most accurate results with tasks that has over 500 or more lines of code, you would have to add delays to slow it down a bit for the best results.

What's beneficial about Automation Anywhere is that it allows you to schedule tasks without manual intervention. For example, I can schedule a task to trigger at 3 pm every Monday through Friday. Another benefit that Automation Anywhere offers is logging. Which allows to identify when, where, and what error occurred. Automation Anywhere very compatible with other programs such as MS SQL, Visual Studios, and MS Office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend taking the Automation Anywhere courses to gain a complete understanding of each of the system functions.

What do you like best about the product?
Great understanding of the tool and skillful knowledge on the logics and insights.The Automation Anywhere is very amazing and user friendly tool. Automation Anywhere is an excellent platform which creates Bots that performs all types of tasks that reduces manual efforts. It provides many inbuilt features to us. The best thing I like the most is it validates all the PDF documents with high accuracy and less time. It helps to increase the productivity. Automation Anywhere has wonderful option names as IQBot which is super efficient. It has great control room that is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web commands are mostly limited to internet explorer browser only. For example if i want to search a word in a web page it launch the web url in ie only. Some websites are not compatable in ie browser. Chrome is a fast responding browser.
As it is best in RPA but the tool is yet not available in the cloud environment. I hope it will come soon in cloud environment. If it comes in cloud i will launch your RPA tool from google chrome only.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to download the latest test builds from cloud and need to install app in all mobile devices which are available in cloud. You are best aware of that mobile app testing setup is complex than web app testing. Im filling my time sheets automatically. Im able to launch my citrix desktop with this tool with single click.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I loved about automation anywhere is cognitive capability. It's amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will not say dislike but kind of don't like is scalability of process on large scale is not stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working with automation anywhere to complete daily operation task like application for new insurance, deleting employee / client profile from company database. This tedious task helping organization to save money with error free result.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like to recommend, please try to focus on scalability of tool on large scale. I still feel it's not good compare to other RPA tool.
