Good Automation Software
What do you like best about the product?
It helps automating the daily tasks using the automation anywhere software. It has metabots and IQ bots which is easy for us to schedule the tasks for unattended bots. It also has control room which is used to monitor the bots if there are multiple bots used within single applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to connect the remote desktop machines and try to automate the tasks in that machine. also surface automation is failing most of the times if we use automation anywhere tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating all the day to day business rule based manual tasks and saving the man hours.

automation anywhere has few setbacks which should be fixed to become a exceptional software for automation

The best part of automation anywhere is its robustness and I like its web recording feature which is helpful for capturing even the smallest object.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like working on its OCR feature because it is not accurate. In most of the cases it does not garb the correct text, I think this is the only feature I didn't like in Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on routine task which has to be performed everyday and the task is similar everyday. With Automation Anywhere I am able to automate this task and this saves my lot of time and removes my boredom as well.

The best part of automation anywhere is its robustness and I like its web recording feature which is helpful for capturing even the smallest object.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is the best I find it in this tool. Because it gives us multiple options to code such as drag and drop, double click. It provides us a huge number of commands in the command library. It is very easy for a new user to code and understand the concept of automation. Metabots are the one which I really like among all the other bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike because you will get to know when you use it. There are a few issues that are negligible which can be solved in the future updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for operating excel sheets and handling data in it. The PDF integration command helps me a lot to split documents, convert it into images, and encrypt the confidential files. The image recognition command is the one which I use to read data from the images which is done initially by human efforts.

I strongly recommend Automation Anywhere tool to everyone which is the best and efficient way of reducing human efforts. It can be integrated with multiple softwares and is useful to many companies with more number of employees.

Drag and drop function is easy to use. Categorisation of actions/commands is intuitive and removes the requirement to memorise/write codes
What do you dislike about the product?
Taking up too much disk space, and can cause your system to be very slow/lagging depending on your configuration and server
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive, non-value adding, and high volume tasks. So far I haven't build it for my own use due to company's IT restrictions.

it has a lot of functionality and features and this help us to automate the task very smoothly and flexible to use it. In Automation Anywhere we can create three types of bots and that are IQ Bot, Meta Bot and Task Bot. PDF Integration and OCR is good to use it. Simple to integrate with SAP in Meta Bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Image Identification with bot is difficult to implement in Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves the time and resource due to automation anywhere, it supports for AI and Machine Learning also. In Mobile also we can manage the tasks very easily without any difficult.

The theory, the in-depth knowledge, everything is explained in detail. the video makes it easy to understand the steps. speeds up the process of learning.

What do you dislike about the product?
I was not happy with the pictures as I could not see them properly there is no way to zoom in either.
I wish I could use the software for a longer duration (trial). since we are a start-up and we have limited fundings so its a little difficult to manage the capital. but mainly please improve the picture quality or have a zoom-in icon for the pictures.

I don't have to do the repetitive work on excel anymore. home and work. emails excel word I have automated them for my benefit. I have actually reduced my work by 15%.
all I have to do is 1 click and my 3 hr of hard work is reduced to nothing.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a very powerful tool for implementing RPA to any business process. using this tool we can automate citrix or VM process using surface automation. Accuracy is better comparing with any other tool. Automation anywhere provides data extraction from PDF better than other tools in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to talk about disliking this tool as it is very user friendly and easy to learn and implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated most of the manual processes in our office like HR related work, adding new employee details in to our database. We have use this tool to do member enrollment , product details updating in our claims application. We have used it in most of the case where repetitive monotonous manual work existing processes.
