What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and gives comfort to Code even to Non Technical Person. The 500+ drag and drop functions are the best. The training modules is a bliss. Very well designed and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The slowness of the website or training portal or training videos, at time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve complex problems involving integrations with complex Business Systems / Reading scanned pdf documents. We are new to the partner world and we have already got the cutting edge in the market as partners with Automation Anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides great analytics tools and machine learning algorithms implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI Seems a bit old school. Looks a bit monotonous. Could be more reactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue with OCR related use case which was resolved easily with AAE.
It was good learning to automate daily repetitive tasks

Being able to automate repeated tasks daily. This could save lot of time in my daily tasks.

nothing so far that i have noticed to dislike.

I am automating my personal small tasks like login to same remote desktop every day. Gathering stock market data.

The Automation anywhere is about to explode in a few years and it will be everywhere and i like the thought that everything can be automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that i most dislike is the lack of interface for newbies.

I have solved some of the automated tasks like audio and speech recognition and i have many benefits like speed of recognition while using automation anywhere over the other providers like ibm watson.

My advice for others is to take up the automation anywhere without a pinch of doubt.

The AI built in is very powerful and capable. Like the interface too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection from website to bot is not always proper. If it fails once there is no way to make it work again. It is challenging to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating Finance related processes which need a bit of Intelligent logic to handle some of the scenarios. This has saved many hours for the finance team during critical period. This has added a lot of value and has provided us with more breathing space to concentrate on other critical activities.

This is a good software with built-in intelligence that is very powerful. Go through their training prior to using the software.
An AA bot might be out colleague to help us in doing tasks
