One of the amazing robotics process automation tool in the market right now
What do you like best about the product?
Low Code Features, Control Room Facilities, Easy To Learn even for someone who has less knowledge on Robotics Process Automation, Training is very good and easy to learn., Easy to implement with other tools like IBM business process management and rest API implementation is really good , Exception handling is one of the best i have seen in any RPA tool as you get multiple options to get the error details including screenshots.
Smart recorder and object cloning is one of the best feature in Automation Anywhere which distinguish it from any other tool currently in the market.
If you wanna use reusable code or any other DLL in the project then there's an option of META bots, if you create metabots you can use that in other procsses as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Work Queues management and handling can be better. Also it gets little difficult to understand code for a new person who is added to the process of development when there'e bulk and complex code as in task editor everything is in just one flow

As a developer I am working with multiple clients projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Automation Anywhere that it's a great platform for creating Bots and also validating PDFs.

Nothing as such that is mentionable here.

The user interface is easy. The online tutorials are well organized.

Sometimes pulling data from the web can be difficult and not reliable

Ideally all systems and applications would have mechanisms in place to allow for automation, AA was designed for the real world where legacy and modern systems are far from ideal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for mastering AA may be steep, however given the complexity and comprehensive nature of the feature set this is understandable, and the trainings and certified professionals help to ensure success despite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of AA we are interfacing legacy systems and applications from different, sometimes competing vendors and orchestrating automation between them eliminating human error, improving moral, and helping the bottom line.
Great software with a steep learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Very versatile and easily customizable. The recorders are very easy to use and make creating a bot simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training does not adequately prepare you for building or maintaining a bot. I really liked the "TryMe" sections of the training and I wish there was an actual version of AA that I could use while training. That being said, there were numerous typos within the training and the exam. Some of the content was written in broken English, which made some of the questions on the assessment a little confusing. I also do not think 40 minutes is long enough to take the assessment. That only leaves 1 minute to read and process each question, with some of the questions being a paragraph in length.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Automation Anywhere to build out use cases to help our company sell RPA work in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The examination at the end of the training is very difficult and includes questions that were not covered during the training. I would suggest playing with a trial version of AA before attempting the exam.
Great tool for automation
What do you like best about the product?
The automation tool can be used extensively, and its very helpful for implementing the automation. We did use the automation anywhere tool in our project for automating the patching.
What do you dislike about the product?
The knowledge sessions/ Training's are not detailed, would like to have the detailed training's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the patching in the server, which earlier we used to do manually, now we are doing with automation anywhere and we saved lot of man hours.

After screen recordings getting issues while running the bot due to dependency of screen resolution

I liked the cloud version as it is quite very smooth and we can started approx real time on POCs.

Installation is pain and I was not able to make automation anywhere in working condition my own. It require lots of efforts and need system resource. It should be light.

Looking for regular tasks automation , machine learning automation with natural language
