AA Experiences
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very easy to learn and implement the task or logic very simple. Drag & Drop command is very simple and easy to use. Reading xml, excel, PDF and database are very simple and executing more complex process. Attended and Unattended BOTs are very useful and it gives more productivity. It over come the human efforts with high accuracy. IQ is the cognitive solution to extracting PDF & word file. Notification Emails are very attractive to my support team. Work Queue concept is more productivity and avoid the database maintenance team to handle the data. AA itself, handle the scenarios. . A2019 features are good in the future automation. Good idea to reduce the number of license.
What do you dislike about the product?
Array filter is not possible and C# code is not possible to change in the AA metabot itself. If we can type the code in AA Metabot is very useful to utilize the components. Scanned PDF is not able to extract all kind of records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that AA can able to maintain the long data and able to adapt with large & complex process. Different type of approaches are available in AA Architecture.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about automation anywhere is its user-friendly interface. Prior to using this, I was worried about the learning curve but the onboarding process was super easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
While everything works as it should, it can be difficult for my colleagues and team members to annually maintain every Bot. Without a designated person to work on this, it can be complicated for the less tech-savvy team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation anywhere assisted our team in reducing our manual labor and scripting. Automation Anywhere makes our team lives' so much easier!

If you want to ditch writing scripts, this is the application for you!
Best tool for working in the real world of automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like automation tool that it will give the perfect results just we have to give the logic to run the program in the automation tools thus the out come is very high as compare to manual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times I dislike that we have not to depend on the automation tools that some of the results may show false positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anywhere we can run the automation tools if automation tools are there then there man power will be less then the developer can also use the automation tools.

I want advice that using automation tools results will be good but we have use the logic.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that automation anywhere is easy to use for non developers and the commands are shown as a tab

I do not like that it uses an outdated form of internet explorer and can be slow

It has allowed me to automate several processes that are not able to be realized in other programs such as uipath and blue prism

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access to develop the RPA BOTs with 500+ commands. Automation of Web, Desktop, Mainframe, API were easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Variable manager should be improved. when we edit the variable it will not reflect in all places. This is tedious when you have a large code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate the business process of our clients and thereby reduce the spending of the client in doing repeated tasks.

Excellent tool especially for non programmers and can be compatible with all current techlologies.

Nothing as such...we would like to see some more enhancements like option to delete the history in Object cloning window.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is the best automation tool available in the market. Its having multiple options around 500 plus commands which we can use to perform different tasks in automating a process. PDF , excel and email automation became very easy with this tool. Using terminal emulator command we can automate mainframe applications as well. We can work on both windows and web application to automate tasks using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to comment on this area, its accuracy might be less when working on citrix applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in automating tedious manual work such as sending emails, data entry , copying data from different sources and entering in required area etc. Its also very helpful in doing regular tasks like form filling etc, we can schedule timing for bot and it will perform all the tasks accurately without human intervention.

Its a very good tool for automation projects, very much recommended.

Its one of the best tool available in market for automation.It has various commands in it which we can use it very easily while automating a project. Object cloning is best among those. We can use it to automate web applications, windows applications can do work with databases.using terminal emulator command this tool helps to automate mainframe applications as well. We can read / extract data from excel, pdf, and emails and can do other tasks using those data. We can record the actions done by bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times it is difficult to work on different Operating systems at a time, also difficult to work on citrix automation, results may not come accurately, little mismatch is possible.
