RPA S/W with perfect UI
What do you like best about the product?
The GUI of this software is just perfect. I find it very easy to find the functions!
What do you dislike about the product?
Handwritten documents are still giving a nightmare. Also, it is difficult to handle control room management. Also, it is a bit costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working for one of the Mega US Telco, in which we were using AA for developing 100s+ of bots, to solve the service assurance issues
Top Tool for SAP Automation
What do you like best about the product?
This is my very first tool to automation, also it is easy to learn in short span of time also its provide various courses for RPA which will give knowledge about this tool. And also I will suggest best tool for automate any sap tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
we can only run two scripts (java scripts, VB Scripts),
needed Accuracy improvement in Object capturing,
RPA only run when one sap window is open, it need to improve run even in multiple windows are opened.

Daily Sap Tasks, It provide Easy scripting for automating sap,
And commands are very feasible during scripting of sap automation,
VB scripts is one of the best feature in RPA

What do you like best about the product?
I Have worked with so many tools in Automation. The best i can say is Automation Anywhere due to it's easy to use interface and centralized control room to monitor so many activities of bot and user.Drag and drop commands are easy to use and the integration of the taskbot with the metabot and iqbot is the best one by which most complex automations can be automated easily. Latest implementations in Automation anywhere version 11 like workqueues and metabot integration with taskbot with many commands in metabot is really the one of the best upgrade in this version.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's limitations of background running and autologin and other issues in citix and VDI which i didn't received any solution from AA support team. some AA technical support team associates with limited knowledge.Most issues reported by our team to AA has not get the fix but we got the work around for those issues ans closed. These should be fixed in the latest version or any hotfix should be provided so that these issues should be resolved permanently for which we need to explain most things to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most complicated process which has complex excel and sap data manipulations have been solved by AA. Unattended bots are really the one by which most time and workforce reduced can be designed simply in AA with it's immense commands and lots of features.

Powerful Automation Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to use the product based on different roles makes it simple yet powerful tool to expedite the features across different levels. It has got different usage levels based on current roles and levels that one is working on day to day basis. It could be used by technical or even individual with basic technical knowledge. Most of the pre-built templates are ready to use and can be put to work with some required modification. Things can be done quickly as many of the things or features are already present on the interface. If you are switching your roles in the organization or outside, the trainings are really helpful with different levels of insights so that you can view your progress and track down the required efforts. If one is looking for transitioning their role or even from previous Automation solution or tool, this tool can be looked upon based on it's relying and resilient features. This has got everything for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a while to process or find the best fit to a approach like if we need a simple surface automation or the complex script based system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly the recursive tasks based on updating the statuses of different tasks and work items that are worked by team and incoming for us to work.

Simple yet powerful to leverage your automation related queries that can be implemented across different levels based on different roles.
a2019 is good but it can be made great
What do you like best about the product?
The actions in a2019 are easy to use and improved. They have continuous improvements in the packages for each action. Custom packages can now be built with Java. Python is now supported. Some of the limitation of v11 are resolved here. I like the 3 installation options(on cloud, on prem and cloud enabled)
What do you dislike about the product?
Migration videos from v11 to a2019 should be shown. a2019 name should be changed to something more generic. Certification answers should be provided if one passes the exams. New upgrade/release or new feature should be notified in an email. More examples of Java based custom packages should be given. AARI and discovery bot uses cases should be made available for the developers to try and understand the concept clearly. IQBot should detect checkboxes more efficient. The run time window doesn't show the which step is running accurately
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of time and cost has be saved by making the business process efficient and robust in the AR, AP, Banking sectors and so on.

1st RPA platform to be on the cloud. Hoping this reason is enough to go for this tool

What do you like best about the product?
all possible commands are visible on the left panel where as in other competitive tools it is not equally visible or quick pick to build automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
one feedback on AA to improve is, it doesn't have strong data types which makes us to do many work-arounds or metabot. for example we are not able to find the date difference directly which is a simple requirement. if AA introduces a strong data type, it might take AA to next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used AA for salvage status in insurance domain, payroll process in finance and many other processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend AA with multiple reasons. Developers can be quickly upskilled with AA and no prior programming knowledge required. AA support team provide quick response and resolve the issues whenever required. apart from all, AA improves year on year.

I have learned other tool also but Automation Anywhere is best because it is very easy to use and very simple while developing the bot.

While using the bot it got or failed that thing i dislike but i hope i lt ll resolve soon and get an update soon.

I have automated the sap which help to automate task nd helps a lot without our human intervention.

Best tool keep improving its bug amd i have also look Automation Anywhere 2019 and it looks like make automation more easy and i am very excited to see that version amd keep improving bug.
A Great RPA Product
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere product suite helps in entire lifecycle of building digital workforce and running it smoothly. It has intuitive features which helps people with minimal programming experience to visually build bots. Features to extract relevant from various documents are time saving. This is a futuristic end to end solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much of downsides of AA product. Only issue faced was during installation on Windows which was resolved quickly by searching documents.

It greatly reduced manual repetitive work to read data from PDF, word documents and fill in spreadsheet. Improved productivity and accuracy to great extent.

training is not as effective as it could be, training control room is not working

middle-tier services and coordination of several different monitoring solutions into one location - they might not all be programmable, but the steps that can be automated will be to greatly reduce the stress and effort of configuring monitoring for an application

What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface and the ability to automate anything from Excel sheets to websites and databases, Automation Anywhere has a most reliable solution with automate using anything, anywhere and anytime. Training and Knowledge is easy under this RPA and doesn't need coding practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has many commands which comes difficult to understanding in a short time as what is available and what is not. The interface is diversified which may take a longer time on hands on for a beginner to knowledge better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With automation anywhere I have tried automating daily tasks like report generation for the daily productivity, automating desktop applications for testing and QA. This helps in redefining my tasks and helps in utilize my working time much better.
