One Point Solution and Remedy for Complicated Issues
What do you like best about the product?
Automation is like a blessing for those who are or not from CS Background.Best example is of mine where I wasn't from CS background still I can automate to the Business Requirements.
Automation has made my life so easy in terms of Work perspective. Any complicated issue, one solution is automation anywhere. With A2019, the work has become more easier, and automation makes life easy and simple.
I would highly recommend Automation anywhere and with enterprise 2019 it has become boon for developer as it has been made very simple with the flows with lots of packages available for developing bots. With Covid19, automation anywhere has bloomed in a very large scale where others were busy working, automation made IT work tireless.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not supported by MAC or Linux
Dependencies takes lot of time to get downloaded each time of running the bot.
While exporting and importing bots sometime the bots doesn't work or needs re check out, check in.
While adding or running any bot, it happens many times it shows wrong password though even password is correct so after clearing browsers, it works
Google is best browser for AA but sometimes it lags

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exporting data of vulnerabilities which is prone to cyber risk and then using API to extract data. As A2019 is completely web/cloud based, it becomes easier to use it on any browser in Remote Desktop or local machines.
Using PDF scanner, invoicing has become much easier as compared to older V11 versions

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of AA, with several out-of-box configuration such as excel and file management.
In addition, in the AA bot store, we can also have advanced excel operation to solve complex business logic. Another thing I like is the training and support from AA. In the learning portal, we can access to multiple courses. Those courses give me a complete overview of RPA ranging from analysis, development and testing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not prefer the old version command line style drag and drop feature. I hope AA can improve developer interface. In addition, the installation for AA is far more complicated than other software (Blue Prism, UiPath). Personally, our team has also developed RPA using BP and UiPath, and the installation is far more straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping clients from financial institutions to automate their workflow. Some of the process include credit chargeback, loan disbursement and trade settlement. Mosf of the clients approach us to improve their operational productivity with several financial metrics objective to be achieved.
The benefits include time-saving, higher accurate and less operating cost. Using manual process for benchmarking, we have helped clients to achieve a cost saving of USD100,000 per year.

Please visit the AA learning certification before using AA. I think it is always better to follow AA operating model before implementing RPA. AA portal has a lot of document, guidance and template that can help to kick-start with the RPA journey.

What do you like best about the product?
In automation anywhere I mostly work on SAP DLL it's a good experience for me and easy to understand no need to stress to write VB script.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion only one dislike that is error handling because compared to blueprism some what take time to understand

I done an automation of Supply information form data extract and copied in to SAP it's very easy to understand and takes less time to complete the work
It's a great opportunity to learn about Robotics process Automation here, as it's a hot skill in IT.

Like would like to tell so many best things in the RPA, it's a soo simple to implement with proper guidance, it reduces efforts of many daily monitoring jobs, irrespective of platform we automate the applications and daily repetitive works.presisly Automation with Artificial intelligence is nothing but robotic process Automation. It a great learning experience.

As I don't have much dislikes about Automation Anywhere, as my primary skill is not RPA, so what I learn is that I liked it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved so many problems like, daily monitoring and email trigerings, basic ticket solving and ticket allocation based upon the catalog of ticket. Error triggered chat bots any many are there.

It a very much recommended to learn RPA I could say it's a great opportunity to become a hot skill implementer and supporter

I dislike the most is the huge crowd and no place to meet and greet people

one of the biggest wins of AA is cognitive iQ bots, it makes AA stand out from current RPA solutions

There is no much coding, People without coding knowledge also can design the process and make it work.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to grasp and start automating complex solutions, many features like triggering Bot by File/Folder creation is what I don't see in any other RPA tool. The PDF reading capabilities are exceptionally great and Looping is far more easy than any other tool.
The Tool works fairly well with Health Management Interfaces and supports a great feature of creating deploying metabots to any machine.
AA Support network is also string and very helpful whenever we get stuck with any such issue.

The line by line structure of code makes it difficult to find commands in case of debugging, although line number in AA player compensates by sometimes it is difficult in larger codes.
I wish AA added some cognitive features for the AA player healthcheck which could suggest in case of AA player failure issues, which we have faced frequently.
