Automate repetitive tasks
What do you like best about the product?
This product is able to automate most of the repetitive tasks which generally support team needs to be done manually on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
RPA Automation Anywhere is comparatively costly software to it's peer competitor software they are offering in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I got opportunity to work on RPA Automation Anywhere product recently. We plan to automated repetitive tasks which support team needs to be done on daily basis and can be very automated easily. We made good progress and able to automated some identified items and realized benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very important now to be updated with automation everywhere as in this competitive world we have to be always ahead of our competitions and gives a most desired results to our clients and making our satisfied in each and every terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually nothing is there to dislike it but we can say that it will have a great impact on the human labour force as every coin has two sides it also has it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repeated work which makes any individuals bored making working environment as monotony can be automated so that it can be done without any human intervention that too error free.
Easily onboarding process
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, minimal maintainance with proper flow of applucation data

Initial understanding of tool was pretty confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyday organization recruitment process until onboarding is being taken care by AA easily and smartly.
Best automation tool for my daily Health checks and reports
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing in AA RPA is the AI which checks the screen for the details and perform task accordingly. Also I like the scheduler which helped me to schedule my scripts which performs the health checks like drive usage, cpu utlization and backup status into 1 excel format and send it out to my email box which I can now just forward it to client without making any changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
1 issue I was facing everytime was my control center gets disconnected everytime and I had to login again and again. need to fix that issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to create an self sustaining environment/architect design in which my servers are providing communications about their health and utlization and also it can perform some manual cleaning at it own. Like cleaning up, removing data from temp folders, then in Data Domain the scheduler can start performing compression of data when it reaches a threshold.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is very nice RPA tool. It have the easiest way to create a bot and automate the regular tasks.

Repetitive tasks can be performed via RPA without manual rework. Manpower reduction is the only drawback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processes involved are sometimes tedious and difficult to remember.

Still in the learning phase and understanding the basic concepts.

Overall very confidence building platform
What do you like best about the product?
IQBOT and BOT INSIGHT platform components are all one stop shop, uniform and easy to manage
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much of installations. So many different components to install along with database connectivity etc

Purchase and sales order processing with large volumes which is saving lot of effort and cost

Still need to improve in OCR and PDF recognition, hope it would be updated in upcoming releases.

The best Automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool. It is very simple and all you need is just drag and drop the commands. It has very powerful recording features that can record and capture screens to automate repitative jobs it has a variety of 500+ commands in the command library which can cover all the scenarios of any automation. The scheduling of bots feature is very helpful to remove manual intervention. It can capture screen shots and send error email with screens during any error. The A2019, version is very excited, it has many AI and Ml features and metabots linked. We can also create our own custom commands and use them. It supports almost all language APIs. Very useful tool, I strongly recommend people to try this and experience the magic of automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times there is some issue with capturing screens of legacy application objects. Observered a slight difference on functionality when code is migrated to a different system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this to automate Global service Desk requests. This automation reduces the turn around time for the request and also reduces the manual effort

Very useful and easy tool to implement and use.
Nice tool with improved new capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
New and improved IQ BOT 6.5 capabilities which now also integrate with NLP, Machine learning and chatbot solutions. AA also now supports unstructured content with text analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
MetaBot capabilities needs to be improved. Automation Anywhere has average application control, average reporting compared to the out of the box reports covering basic functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New SAP GUI capability helped in SAP automation. With IQ BOT version 6.5 we were able to read invoices and documents with correct information. Text analytics feature helped to read unstructured data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create a bot, is a very simple task with AA. AA's approach to this fast moving change within business will differentiate how companies compete and empower them to have employees focus on more mission critical tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company is growing so fast, that at times, it can be challenging to find the write person to work with. The partner organization is still in it early development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to install and improve work flow automation over 3X in several of our Fortune 100 companies that we support.
