AA is very user friendly to write code, easy to learn , implement and deploy the bot.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the drag and drop functionality, its very easy to use commands and apply our business logic compare to any other available RPA tool. Loved its robust and scalable functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
When application patch works happened, its OC properties fails for most of the time. it has to provide solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. All manual task are being converted to bot in AA. Really its good ROI.

working with web application is very good and very easy when compared to other tools.the best part of object cloning is editing and writing our properties like domx path,

Image recognition doesn't work properly,manage web controls should be some what better,working with excel is not goot when compared with other tools they should have given some better commands to work with excel.

Working with automation anywhere made my task very easy to automate

So it was shocking when it does entire end to end process automation including entering passphrase to enter in web application called to pull reports. Preparing dashboard was fabulous its saves my life with report automation.
You do not really required programming knowledge.
All you just require ideas and some kind of knowledge of automation ideas.
So I dont really be like Developer to use automation anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I do have experience tool all other RPA tools but Automation Anywhere is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's is really difficult to run the scripts like python and could see that A2019 having the feasibility to do this and that's really awesome

I'm basically RPA Developer and able to automation all the business process where that manually can be do by more than 500+ manual resources.

All the organisation who and all working on the BPO, this is the best to use and make their work easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Experiencing the ease of Automation Tool with extravagant commands in Task bot, predominantly easy to work with metabot and IQ Bot is here for next level of Automation. The control Room is brilliant out of all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging the sub task apparantly, it's still not available through out all the versions. And, Email Automation is limited in Taskbot.

Mainframe Automation, Web Automation potentially made easier to our clients.

Automation Anywhere is best in market for Automation & AI work.
What do you like best about the product?
Alomost All the componenets of AA is very nice, especially the bot runner to run the tasks in a specified time notifying in an email to the person involved, and hence the person's time is free for useful purpose and need not to sit & execute the task manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Running in disconnected mode sometimes the task fail for some VM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of problems in the project like monitoring client servers, creating client user etc. It has reduced time, saved cost & almost error free and hence the engineer need not to sit and execute task manually.

I like the ease of use and features offered by Metabots. The Bot insight features are also exciting. Automation Anywhere is process agnostic and can help in automating any rule based process and offers good analytical capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Citrix Automation and CR related issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving different processes such as R2R, P2P, O2C, SCF for our customer and we have obtained significant cost savings and efficiency gains.

Learning AA and working with the technology helped me find my dream job in UK. Now my whole family is settled in UK. AA not only decreases the complexity of processes, it also increases lifestyles. Cheers.
