What do you like best about the product?
It allows users to configure their workflows, even people with no programming knowledge can automate a process.
Email automation and database automation are great ways to help to reduce the time and effort
Automation Anywhere can leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning using their Metabots.
No Programming language knowledge is required to create bots. It's easy to use commands to automate scenarios.

What do you dislike about the product?
Installation and troubleshooting should be more simplified.
The user interface needs more stability and mode screen options.
Lot of work needs to done on the development workbench to make bot creation more sophisticated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Automation anywhere, we have been able to create several automation for reading and sending e-mail, registering and transferring products and analyzing various data. With this, we were able to reduce the amount of rework and account for all the demand of our customers with Bots working 24/7.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which we can use Automation Anywhere tool is really appreciable. The drag and drop method which completely depends on logical approach without entanglement into any language syntax also boosts creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from the plus points, the Automation Anywhere tool could really be dominant if it had a more reliable OCR system which would be helpful for working with scanned documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of drag and drop and color defined steps helps in making last minute error corrections and code improvisations.

Go for it. It is easy to use and hassle-free. Meets market demands and results are very satisfactory.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate the tool with almost every app. While most of the work in an organization happens on excel and web browsers. But the ability to link with almost any database, application and website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I expect more customization with apps wrapped inside virtualization tools like citrix or Vmware. Right now, the customization is wrapped inside the default settings.

Most of my daily monotonous tasks have been automated. This gives me an ability to do "something extra".

What do you like best about the product?
AA I used in my email plannings and regular email task where a daily email on speciic time was required And a screenshot of a dashboard hourly needed. AA helps me doing it within 1 minute and helped me to actually save approx 40 mins in my shift.
This is highly recommended RPA solution, it is a must try and once you try, you will fall for it... Absolutely Incredible.

Certification is costly, this needs to be make free atleast for next 2-3 years and must be given 3 free chances for Certification.

For using Automation anywhere we don't need any coding knowledge.Previously we were unable to do python script but now we are able to do . Automation anywhere is just another technology that is changing the future of operations. As these days everyone wants to improve their work efficiency reducing human-errors by replacing humans with robots, who work more efficiently than humans without any time constraint
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot automate anything within a virtual machine. Other than that we don't have any dislikes because I'm now able to process bots that are helpful for my clients.
We tried to create a Metabot for creating atmx file to text but we were unable to do that .

Automation Anywhere technology for Robotic Process Automation has several advantages such that increased efficiency, improved accuracy, lower operational cost, elevated CX, richer data analytics, higher employee productivity and satisfaction, easier and agile process design and faster time to market

Overall cost involved in the implementation needs to be more competitive as others are offering cost effective solutions

User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere tool is very user friendly to automate the process. We can just drag and drop commands and will customize the whole process. Excel command is most useful command if you are process related to Excel documents. Object cloning, Web recorder are the most useful commands for the beginners. We can use SOAP/REST commands to post and get data from the APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is not compatible with Legacy applications, like Clarify, Mainframe and Salesforce applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We developed BOT for unstructured data content using IQBOTS and it will save 5 FTE work on daily basis
