Automation Anywhere - a leader for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
AA is a full solution with out the need to purchase additional tools, it is super easy to use and to create bots. It has many drag and drop steps that make creation super easy. The analytics tool as well as the recorder make the tool easy for not technical people to use and create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the on line training is a bit dated and the authors do not speak English as a primary language and that has caused issues. There have also been issues in the online training where it has marked correct answers incorrect which makes obtaining certifications challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating mundane tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy, creating demo environments and starting to create bots for the store

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has helps us in numerous ways to get settled with our working routine and to manage bundle of manually written data. Our job nature is base on procurement, sales and marketing. All these categories require full attention to manage, and to carry out paperwork was very tough. In order to get rid of the monotonous task, Automation Anywhere is excellent tool, it has helped us to take an insight look into our sales funnel and generating invoices. It is perfect automation platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere has high price, and its interface is not so appealing, in the beginning you have to spend time to find about its functionality. Moreover its email services could be made more advanced, in terms of editing. Also I have found is a bit complex in its configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is integrated with excel, the customer list which we use to type, is no more a requirement. We are easily uploading and marinating or files in a synchronized manner, thanks to automation anywhere which has made our process more optimized and time saving. We are its happy and satisfied customers.

Automation Anywhere is very suitable for those jobs, which mostly deals in sales and marketing and want a proper method to precede their work flow along with keeping the history in tack. No matter whether you are a small setup or you have multiple channels, you would be greatly benefited from this amazing tool built with intelligent automation service.
Easy, Efficient and Powerful Product
What do you like best about the product?
We are primarily solving issues in relation to health of our production environment and team, using Automation Anywhere to create bots that benefits us in multiple ways like automation of manual task, quick turn around time, decrease in the production waste and overheads.
Automation Anywhere is simple yet powerful tool and we are able to achieve a lot more now.
To add on to this, Automation Anywhere provides a large pool of bots which can be further customized or directly used in the projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
As compared to other products available in the market there is nothing to dislike. They aced almost everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple items as of now already in place in our project using Automation Anywhere. At organisation level there are more than 1000 people using this to improve the project quality and provide customer delight.
Speaking of our project, as of now we have implement 3 critical tasks-
1. Automated critical SLA reporting for 5 projects consisting of 84 application for largest Telcom client in USA.
2. Automated Ticket restoration once the issue is resolved which made us 100% compliant to meet the SLA's.
3. Automated Escalation of issues on the basis of time to achieve on time resolutions.
All these task has helped team and project in a great way. We are now able to grow business for the client and gain their confidence.
Multiple accolades from leadership of both client and TechM has been received.

It seems that we can't have the files directly loaded into our own drives.

What we are being told we shouldn't have any files that are lost because it's not actually transfer data.

Beginners Rejoice!
What do you like best about the product?
New to RPA, but thats "okay". Beginners welcome! The training videos are "out there" and I tuned-in...(learned a lot)! In a few weeks I have been able to improve upon a inherited script that is going to save hours and hours of busy work for our Accounting Team--each and every month!! The public-facing site can be overloaded on the first of the month, but the script can quickly and easily retrieve the (*up to 45) file(s) at 4AM!

Nothing to "dislike", per say. The application can ultimately be as flexible as one's imagination will allow.
HELPFUL HINT: Do NOT try to save multiple tabs within your (Excel) .csv file. (That's not *ever* going to work!-). Think about it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our accounting department is overloaded in the beginning of the month-, but now the they will have the tools to enable auto-magic downloading and file manipulation--performing the work for them. Which would normally take over 40 person-hours to complete--retrieving almost 50 on-line reports from an, **OVERLOADED** on-line billing system!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best time to start was yesterday. There is no need to learn a scripting language in advance, perhaps somewhat helpful, but just watch the training videos and pretty soon you'll be a critical asset to your company.

Nothing as of now. Still exploring the tool. Tool is good learning wise also and course is very good.
