One of the best automation softwares out there
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of development and control and monitoring .They have a very descriptive control room management console , which has a huge focus on detail . Their IQ bot is also very useful with a very easy learning curve. The development on their platform is very easy and their recorders are top notch as they have very precise tools . The version control system is very well developed with a good amount of features like version compare etc ,
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit dated and could be improved . Their queue management needs some work as the pooling time for the queue cannot be edited and is set very high , thus the bot suffers in terms of being scaled out to many systems at the same time . The software load times are sometimes a bit high and could be improved upon .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document processing and process automation . The IQ bot is very useful in processing unstructured and structured documents and is very easy to train.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool to automate each and every daily activity you perform on you computer with error proof capability. It automates tasks in ease with very less efforts. Very less coding so every one can learn quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did'nt have anything particularly to dislike. May be the a pop up above navigation menu with details of what action that will do will make it more easy for use and by using this automation anywhere tool it is hard to integrate infrastructure management which can be eliminated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day tasks such as automating reporting. Daily jobs i run with same steps as a routine, and n number of task with n number ways we can automate using this specific tool. Automation any where is one of such unique tool which solvers your daily needs as an software engineer. It has the trick to automate what ever you want to. And if you want to get the full use of this automation anywhere, kindly get trainee and complete the certification provided by automation anywhere

Its a very good automation tool available in market. Kindly get your knowledge updates on the automation anywhere by obtaining the certifications provided by automation anywhere. Also there are various levels of certification available with them and you can take based in your level of knowledge.
Best RPA tool for process automation.SAP based processes can be easily automated.

Automation anywhere support team really helps whenever there is a issue in the tool.
AA - easily installed in in house infra as well as cloud based infra solutions.
multiple commands available for web automation really helps to automate web based applications.
screen scarping really works as expected.
Multi bot runner can be easily used for scaling up the same process as and when required.

What do you dislike about the product?
when services stops for various reasons there should be a plugin or tool to send failures notification.
Control room UI is not good even in A2019.Its very difficult to navigate to tasks folder.
Task bot UI should be updated with workflow concept where we can minimize the block of code similar to other RPA vendors.
when we run the task,task run window should not show up in small window instead it should run only in background.
variables auto mapping works but when we change the path all the variables will get reset this results in remapping all the variables.

Tool is easy to learn.
Community edition covers most of the features available in licensed version of the tool.

We spent huge money for migration activity since the tool is getting upgraded to newer versions very frequently.
Debugging is really difficult.

Many times trigger does not work properly.

1. It is difficult to learn all the possibilities that the product and automation itself offer.
2. It is not always predictable 100% of the time. While it has improved with each version, some unexplained issues still exist.
3. Automation Anywhere is not able to use OCR effectively and has limited usability. Maybe they should try implementing Tesseract.

What do you like best about the product?
RPA has made the life easy with automating the repetitive task and its simple drag and drop features .AA touch towards data science and analytics is thought provoking and is very helpful and at its best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should have been segments where one could code and have a first hand experience in creating RPA Bots or on Machine learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used AA and derive the experience from it and solutinize and automate series of manual events via RPA and reduce the cost .

What do you like best about the product?
The features are their ease to use them makes automation anywhere the best and different from other tools. It is User friendly to cover advanced scope. It keeps introducing features which as per the time and demand. Time to time updates in releases are Good and prominent.The way control room was modified with so many new features embedded was quite impressive and did justice to the deployment area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing like dislike but yes Image recognition and surface automation area is something I would expect to improve a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated many applications involving SAP, Browser automation, excel, few in home applications of client. We have achieved a good target and good benifits from FTE perspective.

Using AA was really helpful to minimise manual efforts taken for recurring activities for program management. It is compatible, reliable and very user friendly tool.

The process for installation of tool or say registration of smtp was a bumpy ride.

Most of program management reports, daily BAU activities are automated using the tool resulting into saving around 60% of team’s manual efforts,

Control room dependency on the variables
The lockers and credentials though it increases security but sometime if the admin leaves the company without revealing password to other admin, the entire work is struck

The tool is total bliss for the people who are from other backgrounds like Mechanical, ECE or EEE
I too hail from EEE but it is easy for me to use and train the bots using IQ bots and other task bots
