Interface is user-friendly and clean.

What do you dislike about the product?
t is not that cheap.
Sometimes applications takes a little time for loading.
There is a lack of support on handling datatypes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Few of the most easiest use case that we have tried is to create access, account unlock and password reset
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. Most repetitive work and rule Based work.
2. More people working on the same thing for long hours.
3. Data Entry places which is constant and where applications are not continuously changing.
4. Where there is not any critical thinking or human intervention needed for decision making.

Great Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a great tool. It helps to enable automation of the repetitive, rules-based activities. Here's what I see as valuable in the tool: •The user friendly interface enables a quick learning process by any developer, and the ability to interact with virtually any system. •Metabots - This is an intelligent component/functionality that makes connection to websites or web forms a breeze. This functionality also works great with our corporate ERP system. •Technical support - Very quick, efficient, and acknowlegeable. They were able to address all our inquiries very satisfactorily. The opportunities for improvement I see include: •Object cloning - This component seems to be unstable in version 10.7. During development/test cycles it is common to see object cloning components that were working previously stop full of a sudden. In these cases we usually migrate those components to metabots. •Control Room - Enabling the ability to customize it would be a great addition. In version 10.7 we need to pay attention to the URL to differentiate between Dev, QA, and Prod. We could also use the function to create our own custom dashboards. •Give metabots the ability to work with objects in applications running on a terminal server. This functionality would be a great help to developers. "
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing which I found, is not suitable for small process or requirements, as cost vs output is the concern. There should be some low cost solution to help in small automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As it is best in RPA but the tool is yet not available in the cloud environment. I hope it will come soon in cloud environment.

No second thought on going for another RPA other than Automation anywhere if you are looking for an RPA tools.

The screen capturing options in the AA are really good while doing the web based automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the old Applications which is developed in java are difficult to capture the object properties, so it make the developer feel difficult to work on those applications using Automation Anywhere

The commands in the automation anywhere are very easy to understand and to use, so it is very user friendly to automate simples process using AA automation tool

you can make easy to automate java applications, some times it is hard to capture elements.

The ease of automating applications for non-coder on the tool is what makes the AA a recommendable product for a beginner in RPA.Courses available on portal helps to master concepts in short period.

More practical videos and exercises on portal with beginner,intermediate,advance levels would be more helpful.

Though I have been part of the Service Management team for more than 6 years now but since I have heard and started learning Automation Anywhere, I have realized that its truly a revolutionary product when it comes to automation. Best thing I observed about it that it doesn't only make your life easy in the simple tasks that you do on a daily basis but its a great tool in making even complex tasks very easy. As I am not a developer or a technical guy but indeed I understand its importance and thus I am learning this with high focus so that I can make a best use of it. What do you like best about the product?
Very good tool to automate all desktop contents to a meaning full task. Very good tool for day to day task automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have anything specific like that but may be a guide at each navigation amy help the newly trained use to use the functionality wisely

I am scheduling day to day reports to client in to this tool and it works perfectly.
