Best effective tool for Robotic Process Automation for SMEs & large organizations
What do you like best about the product?
The scalability, training modules and continuous process enhancement along with customer engagement are some of best features. The new version demo and workshops are very helpful. The continuous emails and communication from the development, AA CEO and management are very motivational and encouraging. All the best to AA team and entire AA Community.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very negligible attributes to be disliked. Better cloud support for BCP business continuity plans can be enhanced. Simultaneous execution on multiple system with BCP plans can be more enhanced. Other vendors like Uipath, Trubots, Queen bots and Antworks along with other Automation tools are coming with new products and features to compete with Automation Anywhere but all the features and recordees of Automation Anywhere are mature and the features of continuous version enhancement and upgradation makes Automation Anywhere best in the market and the favourite Automation tool for all the organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to save man-hours, efforts, reduce manual errors, optimize overall and increase the profits & revenue at the same are problems I am solving with AA. The process improvement and profits increase more than 40% are the benefits I have realized. Most of the SMEs and Large organizations are switching to Automation Anywhere from other vendors due to AA mature processes and editors. OCR features are continuously increasing with 80-90% success rate. Other features can be developed to increase the integration features of Automation Anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Automation anywhere tool and its easy to use on various applications like SAP, desktop, web applications and various functions like macro, scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At my organization we use SAP application a lot, and Object cloning will not work in various places. we have built our own metabot. can you provide with basic metabots which can perform the clicks/get date/set text on similar applications where object cloning not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the end goal can be reached in different ways through AA. Example based on my experience we completed the bot by finding 3rd way. first way through front end where application UI is not good. second is DATA base where due to access issues. 3rd is through API.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Robotic automation, we can save valuable human effort in doing quality work and research to improve the existing technologies. Humans can get rid of mundane tasks and save time. Bots can also do the tasks without committing any errors and simplify human life. We can make use of automation anywhere capabilities to various fields like filling web forms, sending emails and executing commands in different software technologies like programming, configuration, compiling, building, testing multiple tools. We can also save huge money in implementing chat bots, which can cater customer requirements by using Artificial intelligence, Machine learning and thinking abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The installation of prerequisites and Automation anywhere control room software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my current project human effort of 5 hours is consumed daily. If we use Automation Anywhere the reporting process can be easily automated and we can use the human effort for doing critical and intelligent work.

What do you like best about the product?
Tool is user friendly and helps to solve all the manual reporting process. It provides a large number of commans to ensure we can cover each and every process. We got a lot of appreciation from leadership team on the quality and time we save in automating the manual activity. Now team can enagage themselves in more creative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing which is not suitable as per business requirement. Tool is pretty sufficient enough to provide the support for all kind of business process automation and enabling the better efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
In today’s time when you are confused in choosing rpa tool based on security, versatility, scalability, pricing, ease of use and multiple features, Automation Anywhere stands out. It is not only user friendly with ease of navigation, copy-paste code feature but it also has Cognitive capabilities, Rich Object cloning, AI sense citrix automation and much more. The new A2019 makes automation even more easy with minimal use of system resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would like to see improvement in is the connectivity between control room and client. It throws errors while connecting through VPN, but, I guess its a known issue. However, an improvement in this would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used many features of AA. excel operations, ticket management, email automation, web scraping and much more. I like the UI of AA better than other RPA tools. Here you can see your code clearly and whats happening inside each block of code whereas some other rpa providers have made their UI messy with a lot of containers.

Use community edition first so that you know what AA has in store for you. There would be nothing else required for you to convince yourself which rpa tool you need to consider for your project.

I have been working at Automation Anywhere continuously that it makes me to get a better result for the process to work more effectively and correctly.

In point of time sometime we may get little bit lack in some case but it can be easily been removed.

Most effectively is that it gets to more productivity and hence we make it accurate in proper time so each and every one makes a proper way.

The speed and efficiency of the tool is unbelievable! The Bots farm is also very helpful.

The cost appears to be higher for many bots.

What do you like best about the product?
I would like to say that this automation any where is going to grab the IT market and down the line all IT company will using. AA has added amazing feature in the automation anywhere which is very helpful day to day life in IT industry. Automation anywhere community helps a lot to implement the BOT as they have shared the valuable comment in automation anywhere community blog. Which has helped me to complete my so many doubts and help me to prepare the master and advanced certification.
so over all automation any where software is easy to easy to learn and we need to keep learning new thing so this is this is best time time to lean this.

What do you dislike about the product?
Please change some spell mistake in site AA demo. Use good video quality and while resource is presenting the about bot creating in master exam , it should be frequent flow, it should not be you have cut the video and make again etc. it give not good impression
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have program in our company where we need fill 40 application detail through some excel file and take value from excel file put in some run time executable file. we are using that and it has saved a lots of time.

The object-based approach to building out Task Bots - this creates a situation where business and technical users can contribute perhaps even equally - quite refreshing!

There are a few inconsistent items throughout the training modules (verbiage) but other than that, this platform rulez.

Reducing the strain of manual document processing thus far - our organization has yet to scratch the surface of the full-potential here and we look forward to the future of AA and RPA.
