What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the tool that has given us easiness in our work. It has made web extraction process very interesting. Its latest version is equipped with advanced features that help you a lot in publishing and configuring data according to your requirements. This tool provides enough flexibility for handling complex processes. The best part about it is that it is based on centralized architecture that further makes deployment as well as managing of bots incredibly easy. It has made my decision making power strong enough. Overall I would say it is going perfect and fulfilling my all needs.

It consists of all essential features and commands in order to satisfy users. It plays a key role in automating any kind of business processes. It keeps on updating remarkable updates in order to provide satisfactory customer services from every dimension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am having great experience with this software because it is completely user friendly platform. This tool can be easily accessed by anyone. We need not have additional knowledge. Even the persons having basic coding related knowledge can start using this software. It gives us all possible solutions for automating any particular task.

What do you like best about the product?
Thorough Automation Anywhere we are capable of handling our sales in a well organized method, it has frequently helped in generating quotations, because it does it through its automated tools and we do not need to find the same clients information over and over, along with this, it is excellent in report generating. Through report generation, we can better have the idea about previous project. It is amazing in terms of creating invoice, thus keeps us update about our billing and share our workload.

Initially when we installed it, we had to follow couple of steps, so its configuration is a bit difficulty. Otherwise it is going well and our entire team is happy with its services. Moreover, it has an IQ Bot, which keeps the path records, due to which a certain task was carried out. It is integrated with Excel; you can easily drag and drop the files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful tool for automation. It is integrated with other tools which help us to connect with it various files. We can easily upload any file. Automation Anywhere has given emails a new dimension. Now just by one click, we can send email to our large numbers of clients and emails creation has become easier through its templates.

The web automation tool most of the times catches wrong div's and the value insertion / extraction goes wrong. It's a major drawback and no been resolved from many builds.

I have automated nearly around 50-55 legacy applications which cannot be automated on the basis of APIs or other tools, there you have to go with process based automation.

Automation Anywhere is one of the most interesting tool , which really works on technical grounds and helps you to efficiently utilize your working time period, because sometimes the data is arranged in such a way that you, its organization is really time consuming and you have to move in a same cycle which is very hectic. So, Automation Anywhere is a key solution to all those processes with needed to be followed on daily basis and consume your time.

There is nothing which we do not like about Automation Anywhere, instead that it is a bit complex to understand first but once done it will open the door to many possibilities. Also we have notice that is pricing policy is a bit high when we compare the similar tools and it could be made better.

It is an automation program based application that will definitely share the burden of your sales and finance department and simultaneously it provides a road map that leads to chalk out road maps for your marketing policies. We are happy and satisfied customers of Automation Anywhere, which has allowed us to automatically generate the receipts and quotations.

It is highly recommended to large organizations, who are seeking one solution to all there repetitive tasks. It has simplest interface and easy to configure, but we will not recommend it to small organization and this opinion is based on work load, profit and size of the organization.

It is the best software where even nontechnical employees can play a great developer role. We have suggested to many of our professional peers about the advantages of this software and how it saves costs on manpower to a large extent. The Best feature I like is that it does not need core programming knowledge. Anyone can create bots easily.

Design panel where we drag activities should be large enough as it is in Blue Prism. One has to do a lot of scrolling to view the entire flow of a bot.
When some package is being used for the first time, it takes a lot of time and just shows 'Processing'. It is time-consuming.

The recording modes which is very unique and works very efficiently on every functionalities . Another quality is PDF automation i.e., excellent and easier commands to make the automation interesting. Next thing is object cloning which is great to implement for the dynamically changing elements . Now comes the OCR part which separates the automation anywhere from the other tools and keeps the automation anywhere tool on demand in this most competitive world of the automation .

Some annoying bugs found in the version 11 but now these bugs are fixed in new version.

Worked with both the vendors and the 3rd parties for deploying the project by the automation bot. Best tool to automate the bot and complete all the activity of deployed in midnight too. Just trigger a bot on scheduled time and the work is done.
