What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Automation Anywhere is Developer may/may not required minimal knowledge about programming, mostly logic is sufficient to Automate any process. It also used to automate Complex process. It can be used in Operations or IT, Sales and Marketing, Financial or Accounting, Healthcare, etc. The very important thing is it saves the Time and Cost which are two important factor of industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR functionality in Automation Anywhere does not seem up to mark when Bot has been kept in Unattended mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very fast to automate any process rather than using traditional programming script and complex tools. It is reliable and scalable in order to handover to other team member. Scheduling is very demanding nowadays and this can be easily set up in Automation Anywhere tool.

1. Lot of improvements are needed. Huge developer time waste in the debugging code. It needs to be simplified and example need to be considered from debugging method in other programing languages.
2. Great improvement is needed in AA support. As RPA and AA is evolving and we have team of people working with new features, each person finds new standard/bugs/good practices. Strong support team is also needed from AA side who can help actively and precisely so that maximum efficiency can be achieved.
3. There is also a need to improve metabot usage. There are lot of usage inconveniences linked to Metabot interface. Looking forward for Automation Anywhere active participation in receiving feedback from partners and change the functionality to make more ease in usage.

As per working with limited platforms including Excel, SAP and browser interfaces to automate. We made solution for manual works in financial services for the client. The solution made in AA worked well on behalf of the person and it helped reducing the effort and taking out FTE to more beneficial work.

its fun to make bots. It simplifies the work. All controlled form contrl room in unattendede mode in scheduled way.

Using this automation anywhere, we create a bot which doing a simple log create for our batch without manual process involve it automatically log the file for every 1 hr.

The main thing I like is IQBot which we can train them according to our documents and also cognitive solutions for the problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing is pricing of the IQBot and also we don't have inbuilt packages just like in UIPath.
