Powerful RPA platform with advanced functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere provides most interesting and effective features. It is very wasy to setup this tool. It all functionalities are user friendly. I have approved the invoices through this tool which tells the efficiencies of this tool. In my finance department, I have improved our regulatory compliance through its RPA system, in short it is excellent enterprise relation management tool. That supports Microsoft Azure, and though its IT features like IQ BOT, Discovery BOT, BOT Insight, BOT Store play a key role in tracking and automating the processes. At the end I would say it is a blessing product that gives excellent services for automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it take long time for creating new Bot, it works but after trying many times. It needs some improvement in the section of creating Bot. In the beginning I had to come across some difficulties and But after the excellent grip on it I found it very easy and user-friendly product. So, I do not have anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have implemented this tool in my finance, HR and in manufacturing unit, it has not only reduced our work load but also it has increased the efficiency of our work. I have the full record of new hiring and all the relevant data related to that candidate is always tracked back whenever needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is most effective and efficient tool. I have done procurement of various items for the production department and I have automatically designed the quotations because once I added the vendor information it stays there long. It is strongly recommended to all those organizations which want a highly developed and efficient RPA.

Although it contains so many tools and features that it would be difficult to say what its demerits are. It keeps track of almost everything that has been done on it but it needs to be further developed with it adding some more features as well. Some security measures should also be taken into account in an effective manner.

It is the best known tool available in the market which helps to automate boring manual repetitive work with some codes of boring. It helps me and me in the development of products and services by helping us to reduce our build time as well as develop man power to do similar tasks. It is very easy to set up and setup and helps to automate the analytical tasks as well.

Through its automating system of generating quotations, it is much easier for us to track back the same customer data and it is giving us a real time experience of generating reports. Automation anywhere has equipped with amazing tools i-e Bot Insight, IQ Bot, Discovery Bot etc which search the entire task in the system which could be automated. It keeps much value in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
To some extant I would say it keeps high price. It should decrease its cost. Otherwise there is nothing that I have to dislike about this tool. I would also say it keeps responsive customer support team which provides its professional services.

It has solved the major problem of automation our repetitive tasks. It is easy for us to drag and drop the files. It also process PDF files, and extract the information. This has given a more helping hand to manage our work. Due to Automation anywhere we never skip any of our order placements.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is the most advanced RPA tool in RPA market. It is the best when comes to SAP and windows application automation. Also when it comes to attended automation, it provides a tool called human bot collaboration, which is just awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to perform Work Load Management, the queue feature available in AA takes lot of time to get triggered. When it comes to Web automation it doesn't capture the relative domxpath.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in automating repetitive web, excel and SAP operations. Which helped me in saving lot of time and meeting deadline on time.

Initially for the beginners its interface is found to be bit complicated. I think there should be proper segmentation. It should have better integration with other platforms due which users can easily shift and share any kind of data.

Its mobile application needs to be more reliable, that do not have those features that are available on desktop version, and becomes slow sometimes, which is really annoying. Apart from that problem I have nothing to dislike about this amazing automation platform.

It is one of the advanced tools that come with unlimited benefits. We have made our receipt generation very easy by its help, because it always put the essential credential automatically. This is done but their unique tools which are Discovery Bot and IQ Bot most commonly, they find track the data and keep the record ion the memory respectively.
