Simple to use Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very easy and simple to use as it does not require programming knowledge to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet as I have done series of training and I found out that it the interfaces are functions are so simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of now, no problem yet. I am still learning the technology and I have in mind already lots of problems it can solve.

this is the best for wants to enhance their work efficiency by reducing human-errors and by replacing humans with robots. it optimizes time and energy.It gives me more accuracy and cosnsistency.this is the best tool for integration in software.Its the best tool for user friendly . bot can work automatically it will execute more complex task. creating bot and to execute task to reduce the cost

1. Google chorme is not proper supportable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in our organization every management team facing timesheet issue.. at the end of employees has to fill timesheet but so many havent fill so for that we created one bot to send at the end of week we are running that bot to send them reminder for these are the days timesheet you havent filled it .

To reduce cost and meet the expectation , high accuracy. if we are friendly with the script, it will be greatful to work on automation tool.integrated with the other software is very easy.

You can keep the BOT learning by feeding more and more data sets, which makes the whole process highly efficient.
It is well suited for automation of almost all types of applications. Web, Citrix, desktop all kind of applications can be automated.

Automation Anywhere is not able to use OCR effectively. Sometimes applications takes a little time for loading.Cost is high so there is a scope for improvement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been used in my own project. It has significantly reduced the time for automation and regression. Although RPA tools are usually deployed in production, we have been using it for regression runs as well along with prod runs. It allows users to configure their workflows, even people with no programming knowledge can automate a simple business process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Exception handling is pretty decent. WE don't have to worry about process being stuck as it moves to the next iteration on its own.
Automation is easier to achieve as it doesn't require high coding skills or designing a specific framework.
It can achieve PDF editing and automation, which in our case of policy documents has been valuable.

Superb tool for Process Automation which give 100% accuracy and efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Highly Competitive and convenient tool it is as it has lot many features to automate process, the best part i liked of this tool is that this tool has very easy to understand and use and it uses excel , word which is very simple to be used. This tool has absolutely fabulous and marvelous for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never find any dislike in this tool as I have used this tool very frequently and found it very easy to use, hence not found any such limitation as long as it is been used for process automation. Further, if IQ bot can understand voice, it will be a great thing. We all are waiting this to be included soon in the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have resolved a finance process through AA tool as our finance team need to match the Bank statement and our internal finance record such as ledgers/ expenses records and this BOT has solved our problem to check every record minutely and secondly we got 100% accuracy in it.
Due to which the efficiency of our finance team has been increased and the most importantly is the accuracy. Our team could able to save their time and could able to utilize on other things than the mundane activities.

I like most in AA it's cognitive automation and IQ bot facility.
There are other tools available in the market but intelligent automation of AA is fab.

Control room facility.
It Will be very good if we can get the option of control room in client application itself like blueprism providing the control room facility.

What do you like best about the product?
RPA saved me from daily frustration, downloading attachments and doing manual entry in Software. In which mistakes will definitely happen and get scolded by your seniors. In this manner RPA saved my time also.

Right now i haven't found anything to dislike but if i will definitely let you know if i find some.

Downloading attachments, Entry in web form and software, Downloading Backups from server to local automatically, Extract data from PDF then fill it into web based application.
