Automation Anywhere is best for starters and Cognitive section needs area of improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Best part was the ease at which we our team was able to build the Task Bots & Other Screen recorders, Tool works perfectly for our basic operations and our In House development team loved it. We have also benefited the Paid services taken up with Automation Anywhere which was for IQ Bot and we were able to progress significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific we have recently started our journey in the Cognitive area and we need to work internally on understanding the AI & ML. Automation Anywhere can create more Educational Certifications/ Courses to help its customers in understanding this complex are and build fast solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on Engineering Drawings which are basically scanned PDF and we need to digitalize our data to capture the details, we have been using IQ Bot with combination of Python scripting to achieve the desired results. Also, we have been using Tesseract & AWS engine to improve the result and performance. Also, we have connected the workflow with the Task Bot an feeding this information to the Primavera and other Engineering tools.

Well all components are good of Automation Anywhere - some product level glitches can be removed like in IQ Bot SIR (System Identified Region) has some challenges which are accepted by AA team as Product limitation

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the most advanced tool that help me in organizing the workflow by saving the time and reducing the work force. I have associated all of our systems in almost all the departments of our organization with this equipment, for the better efficiency of the process. Now I am easily dealing with my processes and I hardly face any issue in communicating with my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me there is no complaint I would just like to say I would be happy customer of Automation Anywhere if they keep the services remain same and provides advanced services in future as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never get late in order placement and establish more strong relations, Thorough it email automation. We are constantly keep our customers updates and its templates has helped us to send numerous emails in seconds. It has simplest interface and you can easily search the data through it.

This tool has unique system of tracking and taking in account all the tasks that could be repetitive, and helps in overcoming them by letting me to get rid of undergoing same process again and again. It is built on advanced technology which occupies various BOTS, like discovery BOT, IQBOT, and BOT Insight. They are always accountable for discovering the processes and held their record so that in future they can exactly copy the same process, know I can easily generate our quotes and always keep our clients up to date, if they need any information, we easily provide them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is integrated with many various software but still, I have found space in its integration with managing and generating the receipts for my E-commerce channel. I hope that further progress could be made by the team. However it is very reasonable in price and I appreciate its quality services.

It has helped us in dealing with our billing processes and through its automation services like email automation, we easily send Variety of notifications and important messages by just one click. It is integrated with other software, which has enabled us to dive in numerous data and helped in easy sharing.

Automation Anywhere has helped in numerous ways right from sending a lot of emails by one click, to finding and automating all the day by day repetitive tasks. We are happy to use this tool, which has allowed us not to work quickly from our office but also outside the office; its mobile application is very speedy and effective and helped our tea, to work remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is limited in its integration, no doubt it has good email collaboration with other engines, but still there is a gap. Further its licensing policy is also very complicated as you have to follow various steps before initiating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has helped us generate our quotations, now we do not enter the same clients data again and again and again just by feeding the essential clients details, it keeps the record in its memory and provide us transparent idea about any order submitted in the history.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing which I like about automation anywhere is that it allows customizing the DomxPath when automating the web applications. Also, it have a legacy automation option, which allows automating websites with iFrames. An easy to use interface, powerful centralized management architecture are a few of the best things that I like about automation anywhere. Mapping different variables between different sub tasks are very easy, so we can build modular tasks, which can be then reused in multiple places. Different productivity tools like Bot Insights, IQ bots and Human Bot collaboration are an advanced tool which is very helpful for business users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The legacy automation feature is not available in the latest version A2019, but it has an alternative called universal recorder which still works on a few of the iframe websites. Flowcharts are not available in version 11.3.5 and older releases, but it has been added in A2019.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me in automating data entry task which involved different applications such as SAP, Excel, Web applications etc. Also the latest version A2019 provides integration of Salesforce using the Salesforce connector, which can be the next great thing.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using this RPA tool for automating the tasks. It has been my favorite platform. It is a great tool in generating quick reporting and always helps you to track the previous processes, so that we can access any clients ID. It is very helpful when it comes to manage our sales funnel and generating invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I have been using it have not encountered any issue. It has very responsive and well trained customer support team. It helps us to easily generate the quotations. We don’t have to put the same client’s information again and again. It has made easier to upload files ad share with our team members because it is integrated with other tools.

It is great automation software when it comes to control the repetitive tasks. It is unique tool with discovers the process, that can be automated and gets this command from discovery Bot and then its IQ Bot records the path followed sp , that whenever you execute the same process it will guide us to do it automatically.

Although it is the best software or tool to manage repetitive work as well as helps a lot of industries and companies, it is difficult to judge the flaws in it. But one issue that I found is that sometimes these devices and components stop working and cause system failure. The main problem is also with the pricing structure, as they charge a higher fee for their product services.

It is working well but the thing I dislike is its customer support which is not well responsive. I have had really bad experience with its customer support. At the end after many days they resolved my problem. I would say Automation Anywhere need to improve its customer support for professional services.
