Very Easy to Understand and its User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I have completed my AA Professional certification in around two weeks. Its very easy to understand and you can learn it very quickly. Bots are smarter than other RPA technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
what i dislike and what i want AA to improve is the Initial setup. Its a bit confusing but if you setup it then you're good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using Automation Anywhere Smart bots for my projects(inventory management) and the thing i have realized it that not i had extra time for other productive work
Recommendations to others considering the product:
According to me, Automation Anywhere is the best Robotic Process Automation tool in the market. Automation anywhere is easy to use, easy to understand. So I would always suggest everyone to use Automation Anywhere instead of going for other RPA tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved Excel Commands.Easy to use and get results very fast. best to schedule a bot using a meta bot concept. and object cloning concept also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
XML commands are not clearly understandable. Looping through nodes under nodes is difficult in XML commands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling Clients details in there application extracted from excel and XML file. Performing various clicks and validation of data

Commands are ease to use in Automation Anywhere.
PDF integration command is my favorite while working with PDF's.
I have used it for the extraction of text from Check images.

When we use multiple loops and if command it is bit confusing when working and we easily get out of track.

Finding Check numbers from the bank's issued daily checks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Tool UI, I think tool UI have scope of improvement, I have faced problem while accessing the buttons at the bottom portions of the wizards in Windows 10 OS, which were getting hide behind toolbar. Also the buttons are very small in some cases as well, which create problem during clicking it very equinely.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere provides a comprehensive suite of applications to build a true Digital Workforce. Combination of RPA Bots + IQ Bot + Bot Insights allows you to automate processes and drive insights like never before. This allows you to reap benefits that were unimaginable before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been instances when AA rolled back some things such as Meta Bot which was pitched aggressively to users. This causes discomfort as you now have to spend $ to undo work that is already done despite tools being made available for this task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA was used in our organization to automate rule based tasks. Now we are leveraging IQ bot to build solutions which were difficult to automate before. This has allowed us to free up human efforts from task that were unimaginable before and use that workforce productively for our BPO operations.
This is an wonderful journey with AA from last four years.

Interface looks very nice even from the functional back ground people can also work very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times we can not recognize why bot has given wrong output even the inputs are correct, mostly happen with the image recognition.

Most of the SAP (70%), Excel (20 %) and IE & all other applications (10%) are automated in our projects. most of the clients are happy with AA.

Automation Anywhere helps to automate the daily repeating tasks . Tasks related excel, SAP and web applications where data needs to be updated , read etc can be done by AA using cloning, scripting,meta-bots and db commands. Bot insight IQ bots.
Excel and csv files can be used as db by using db commands. Password for all kind of application can be placed in control room
Run script command is very helpful and can be called in any applications like SAP, excel etc., this makes bot to run faster than expected aht.

What do you dislike about the product?
When environment changes, cloning commands fails and the not flexible with web application.
Whenever application upgrade happens even minor change will be not captured by the object cloning and it will fail.
When Microsoft upgrade happens few drivers will fail to connect as we connected to database with driver ID and need to do rework on the same.

While working with web applications, so many errors while retesting.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the best RPA tools available for Automation. It is simple, flexible and easy to learn, understand and work. The upgrades done at regular intervals of time helps the product to make it more stable.

Automation Anywhere help received from engineers to the users can be more better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating in different PDF's files was challenging. IQ bots have helped the process to be automated with ease.
Reliable RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
IQ bots are very useful in automation anywhere. We can configure them to work intelligently and even take decisions at run time. The activities have a lot of customization's and a lot of functionality when can be configured to the user's need. When deployed in production managing the bots from control room is very effective and scheduling them is also very easy. There are multiple triggers within the tool and helps for business process automation. Desktop and excel automation are very easy using this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of the tool seems old and needs to be changed compared to other tools in the market. Creating a bot and scheduling is lengthy but once its done its very convenient. The cost of the tool is a lot compared to other tools in the market. The IQ bot is very costly but if u can afford it, it is a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems Solved: OCR - To read the receipts generated by client and on-board the data into the finance tool so that the invoices can b raised via mail, Employee On-boarding - On-boarding of new employees into Slack using API, Sales-force, AD Account Services, Finance Receipts auditing and excel Macros

Best tool in the markets and gives a lot of flexibility in terms of bots and control room and configuration. The activities are at par compared to other tools and works flawlessly in the production environment

What do you like best about the product?
AA tool has many features and now the A2019 is addition to the like a cherry on the pie. A2019 has many features and the best one is to integrate scripts with the bot.Can be used to automate manual tedious process and save human efforts and capital.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike, but OCR feature should be more reliable.

Same, we are facing issues with the process which needs to detect captchas from the government websites
