Automation Anywhere: the best solution for RPA
What do you like best about the product?
Robots for professional and private use, especially robots for solving tasks, are very easy to create. As long as logic exists, it is simple to create code easily without having to learn the existing programming language. It also makes it simple to create a loop for repeated tasks. Wherever automation is a RPA.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's a big drawback, but I decided to making it easier to use, supporting some other scriptwriting languages, like Python. AA should implement a mobile application to remotely monitor the robot and check its status and status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use AA to develop automation in our internal financial team, mainly for existing Oracle systems. My present project uses automation anywhere to automate queries from old registration database in custom Oracle software tool called CAFOS.

Anywhere Automation is a great tool from RPA. The great thing is that it is constantly developing the product and is adding new functionality and features. The advantage is that they often organize trainings and they are available on the website.

What do you like best about the product?
This I feel the best and easiest way to use technology. Na nana You do not to be a techno species you are just good to go. Lot of inbuilt things you can just plot and play. Easily configurable and provides multiple solutions to multiple tasks. Enable efficient and feasible solutions to a lot of problems in the market.This platform has enabled us to work from anywhere without any interference and gave access to resources. WIth this pandemic is going on Thanks to Automation Anywhere it has helped us to work remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit difficult at the first go. But we can quickly grip as we move ahead. Mobile apps don't seem to be providing all the features it lacks the features than that of desktop apps and this is really a headache. BOT creation is somehow time-consuming. For the learning part and also for small scale business the licensing part is a bit complicated and It should be really eased out. Still fine at this price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved problems of Email notifications services in ITSM modules its a built in features also creation of contracts and quotations based of requirement is done using Automation anywhere. This is real easy and quick and most of the functionalities are done using the in built features it provides. Its compatibility with numerous Softwares helped to look into huge data.

This is a must try service . considering pricing The features and built in templates helped a lot and saves lot of dev work. GO FOR IT.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the software is very user friendly and easy to understand. Having had the business knowledge, this tool has helped me leverage that aspect to use the different commands and tools of Automation Anywhere in a much easier way

I believe the trainings can have real projects to assess the learning of an individual

Working for my clients currently, I'm helping them automate mundane, daily and repetitive tasks in an efficient and effective way such as for payment processing, promoting auto-responses via Bots, auto-posting of entries, reading documents, etc. which makes it easy for the entities to focus their energy on other key tasks that they may encounter in the process

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, it is a complete and easy to use tool, you do not need a deep knowledge to discover its functionalities, what I like the most is the cognitive automation robot, it is very good and effective, and above all it has proven to be very beneficial bringing innovation to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is somewhat high, however, I would say that it is worth paying every penny, because it is a tool with different functionalities, but some functions are somewhat complex and confusing, but nothing that is not solved by reading a little or communicating with the support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing about this tool is the automation of processes and with it we achieved it, it helps more than expected, with numerous tasks and financial reports, we greatly appreciate that help, since it simplifies forced labor.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a most advanced tool that helps me generating invoicing thus supporting my finance department. I do not need to feed the same piece of information again and again, it has discovery Bot which helps in collecting the data from system and then automate it in near future for me. I am relaxed to organize my data because of its reliability. It has brought my team at one platform to have better concept of what is going on inside of a project when to carry it out within time and what is the client requirement about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is going to be second year using this automation program. The thing I dislike is its cost. This RPA should decrease its price. Otherwise I do not have anything to dislike all features are going great even I can automate the real –time process and provide reporting I can always track at the previous history and how the process has been generated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has provided us access to look into the task which need our attention and which are mandatory. I am mostly using it for technically updating our sales process. It has benefited my finance and marketing departments too. By looking into sales funnel I get the idea about, which customer we have to approach.

I am very much satisfied by using Automation Anywhere, it is highly recommended because it will do technical work for you along with managing customer relation. It will be very help full for you to interlink your departments especially sales, marketing and finance. You will always be equipped with the right information about your particular client.
Great automation, bad uploading of documents
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has made for us easy processing of the documentation, now we do not have to look into the details of the customers, via other sources, we are at ease, as we save all of the clients information, in its IQ Bot and whenever it is required, we easily send the quotations to our customers. Its email automation system has facilitated us to great extent we are capable of handling numerous customers at once. It is very easy to learn and use this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to face some problems on this tool, it is working well but it needs to be more effective in order to give perfect services. Sometimes I face problem while uploading documents. I tried to upload files and ended up stuck badly. Further with the passage of time its speeds becomes slow, it really start to process the documentation on a low pace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have got rid of everyday tasks that were most common, I easily create our finance reacted receipts and purchase orders. I also appreciate its report generation capability, it is very easy to tract a certain process and I can easily generate the real time reporting as well.

It has reasonable price which is justice to its Bots technology. It is independent of any business type, thus I will suggest it to all. It is a great invention for the automation of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good solution against repetitive manual work through which people can now manage time, money and create more customized and efficient products. However it has many unique features to help servers and functions. These are some of the analysis and machine learning features to deal with heavy training tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost everything is needed to automate any task, but on the one hand if you talk about UIpath, this tool is anywhere, then automation is anywhere. A big reason for this is that its price is also low, which makes it difficult for a person to use it in a very comical way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On the state of machine learning interns I use to get a lot of data that needs to be stored manually in earlier times, which is a tedious job with being very time consuming and less effective. Then I got into software automation anywhere, helping me handle all my Manuwadi tasks with easy management of client queries. This tool helped me in every hope of bringing data to build ML models to train those figures.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Automation Anywhere for almost 2 years. It is incredibly easy way of placing orders just with a single click. So with the invention of this marvelous tool, we have seen much reduction of time in placing orders. The recorder feature is my most favorite that has made process mapping very easier for users. The most interesting factor is that it helps us in extracting data from ordinary Web interfaces without any difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the least things is that sometimes problems occur in its control room. So it becomes difficult for users to delete uploaded tasks. So we have to get help from Automation Anywhere's team in order to get rid of this problem. Its team should enhance this product for making it more efficient for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a useful tool, providing amazing services. The biggest advantage is, web data extracting process have become more powerful after the invention of Automation Anywhere. It gives much flexibility to the most complex processes.

A perfect tool for automation.
What do you like best about the product?
I like it for being a friendly and powerful tool, being able to automate large volumes of data and processes in various ways is excellent, it is very easy to use and it allows us to design very efficient bots that perform accounting and administration tasks. It also helps us perform scheduled technology tasks and what I liked the most is that we don't need Automation Anywhere support training to learn how to use the tool.

So far there is nothing negative that is serious, just some performance issues and it is something that does not bother at all.

What do you like best about the product?
This is incredibly a good source of conveying valuable information to the clients. It offers very outstanding mobile application that helps our team members to work remotely without any complications. It saves our precious time that needs to be spent on entering same data repeatedly as the important information is already saved in it. Moreover it keeps the essential and most important details of the client’s safe in its memory and gives us overall transparent idea about the previously submitted order.

Since I have been using this tool I have contact its customer support many time but every single time I was unable to get appropriate response. It is a suitable platform for my organization but it need to improve its customer services in order to maintain the quality of this tool.
