AA way forward
What do you like best about the product?
With the release of A2019, AA will get a upper hand now. The whole platform is written in Java, make is more robust then its predecessor written in .NET. Secondly combining the recorder into one make a stand out in the players. A2019 has clould offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing of the product is major factor of disliking the product. Hope A2019 will priced in a bracket that will be accepted by everyone. People go away from automation anywhere because of their pricing. Now A2019 doesnt not support some older version of bot, which means the bot will be re-written in A2019.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in reducing the mistakes while entering data. The bot would directly read the data and enter it properly with out no mistakes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes would recommended it other organizations. it is very robust system. IF you are setting a COE in the organsaztion it would be better to use AA.

I like tool as I have experience in other RPA tool also but in AA I found OCR and Image related activity and their stability.

I am having questions on autologin for scheduled robots as it is depends on version also control room dashboard

The part I love is how friendly their partner program is which supports the platform growth. Other than that for developers and business analysts, it is easy to publish bots for different business functions.

What I dislike is the pricing, which stops many SMBs from using the platform.

We provide technology services and help enterprises to build and implement custom solutions. We leverage AA to automate many of the processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used around 5 RPA tools till date and I found Automation anywhere is standing far beyond from others. Really a good and handy one to address any type of automation. though I feel there another two tools which can be potential competitor but in automation anywhere v11 we can very very sure to that it will take some time to touch the competitors the level of automation anywhere.
In addition the recent cloud based edition has given an another level of scaling to the product and this feature itself addressed millions of brainstorming use cases where we were putting the 60 percent of our develop time to implement a proper infrastructure. and the most amazing thing is the price is really adaptable as compare to the competitors. Go to be great :)

What do you dislike about the product?
No way to dislike. But honestly Automation any where can be better in some areas like attended automation as compare to other one tool. But Happy to know that Automation anywhere is going to launch a wonderful component which will make the competitors think about it. just a waiting of several days only :)

IQ Bot , An amazing invention of Automation any where ever. Got much more client attractions and my business accelerated in 10x speed. Generated more revenue than previous year and it has been done in a very short period of time

Each activity or each line should have error handling feature.
The commands are limited and doesn't have search option
Automation Anywhere is not able to use OCR effectively and has limited usability. Maybe they should try implementing Tesseract. Handwritten documents are still giving a nightmare. Also, it is difficult to handle control room management

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Error Handling features and app integration features very much. These features have widened the scope and robustness of the automation. The drag and drop features help concentrate more on logic building than worrying about syntax and the debugging features help a lot in bug fixing. The metabot feature also adds a lot of ease to the development. Security being a major concern while dealing with multiple applications in a single automation, the credential locker helps maintain the security standards effortlessly. All of this without compromising on system performance is the best thing a developer can expect from any tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the object cloning to be more robust. It works 90% of the times but the other times we need to rely on workarounds. Also at times the PDF integration-PDF to text conversion feature introduces some unreadable characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating standard procedures and repetitive tasks performed by mid and front office professionals in core banking domain. Significant hard dollar savings and more importantly it helped shift the prime focus of these professionals to attend to strategic demands as their standard procedures are taken care of by automation anywhere.

Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool in market. It's easy to use, code and maintain. It integrates with almost all major applications used by professionals in their work day. This feature widens the scope of your automation . The error handling options are very helpful in developing a defect-free automation.

I have used this tool and found very much interesting for an automation perspective as this tool has all drag and dop option, this tool has very much simplicity and reliability. the best part of this tool is that we may use it with MS Excel and MS word, I personally feel that on this planet whether technical or non technical guy, he/she will be able to use this tool with lighter training and that much simplicity is there in this tool, which is hardly find in any automation tool.

Automation Anywhere Enterprise RPA platform is easiest to use. No coding knowledge is required it has drag and drop feature. AA can also automate complex/complicated task. It increases efficiency and reduces human errors. Create automation tasks like recording keyboard strokes and mouse clicks. We can deploy multiple bots with a single click and manage them across a single machine or multiple machines. Auto-login runs scheduled tasks on anytime, even when the computer is locked. Centralized control room that makes it easy to maintain automated processes, users, and client machines.

AA sometimes does not work in Virtual desktops.
