Userfriendly Application
What do you like best about the product?
I really like this tool and I have so many reasons why I do. For one thing, users like me are given a number of options when it comes to cloning. I can perform keystroke-level cloning, object-based cloning, as well as screen cloning. It also works really well at automating Excel. We've taken reports that we have to do routinely and used this to automate that whole process, freeing up a lot of our time. Another thing that I really appreciate is how I can download this tool for free if I choose to, and I'm pretty sure students will really appreciate that since it makes it easier for them to learn how to use this tool. The developers even provide developers with certification. Added to that, there is also a vibrant community where you can ask for help about any problems you may encounter using the tool. The tool also has a mobile app that lets users monitor their bots even while they're on the move.

Application needs internet connectivity for development or designing any projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The two areas where this tool has been incredibly helpful to us have been in bringing down costs and in improving our efficiently, both horizontally and vertically. This has allowed us to work better and service our clients better.

RPA Newbie's Amazing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how partner comapnies presented their journey from manual, tedious and repetitive process to an optimize one. I like the social interaction I had with equally passionate participants. Food, location and after party were very enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to choose sessions. It would have been nice to see everyone's journey and learn from their experience. I, personally, think that they should get a bigger venue next time. When the session rooms are closed, the main hall became too crowded. It was not easy to get food. Sometimes lining up took more 10-15 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been automating diverse processes from Purchasing to Finance to HR. Some have write access to our systems. We have realized mostly hour savings but some projects have amazingly generated dollar savings as well.

AA is a great innovation. The possiblities are endless.

At very first this tool is very much user friendly or you can say this tool is very much developer friendly.It has good features than other tool .technical base is very strong.design of this tool is very good .easy installation and easy learning you don't need to do high level programming or coding so its very useful for client as well as for developer .you will get best leaning of this tool at their automation anywhere's official site.very user friendly videos for beginners that helps us to do automation anywhere certifications.using this learning path developers don't need to depend on support team so that's minimizes the time taken for complete the automation Process .also it helps you to do self training.

i have to run service every time when ever i open Automation anywhere's client .Excel automation take long time should take less time background excel open close operation should be their.

Citrix Automation i am dealing with this is the best tool to do citrix automation with good features.very much difficulties while doing automation on virtual machine this tool gives best commands to do this.very good for development of excel automation like cell related operations.

if you are gonna use this tool then you don't need to take any special training you can learn it very fast as this tool is very much self understanding commands

What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity attracts the most. Also its a quick learning tool. Even a beginner can relate to it well.
I have created 2 or 3 bots for simple reading and writing purpose and they were really easy to set up and deploy. It is easier tool to handle when compared to Blueprism .

Although Automation anywhere is easy and fast method to learn RPA but it has a few drawbacks according to me:
I tried using Automation anywhere while reading and wring but the OCR is bit unreliable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are basically trying to automate our day in day out processes like reading and updating Excel sheets for tracking purpose. We are also trying to further automate this process by attaching this excel sheet to a mail and sending it to specific inbox.
This process though simple but consumes 1 hr daily.
so we will reduce atmost 5 hr per week by this process automation.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of commands in AA Client gives confidence to a developer who doesn't even have a coding background. The Knowledgebase gives us a complete description along with examples so that developers can easily understand and try each and every aspect of the tool. The Bots from Bot store are useful for different types of domains. The Support team is amazing with their quick response and the solutions. And the Control room user-friendly and it is the secure place to save our confidential data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to improve Background automation capability of commands like Object cloning, Manage window control and click, etc So the developer/ user can parallelly work on something else. There are no commands could do the extraction of text from PDFs/ Text file and saving it into a variable, right now we have to use Bots from Botstore to perform the same. This Bot consists of MetaBot. Hence the A2019 doesnot support MetaBot, the migration of already developed projects with the use of these kinds of Bots will be a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can save a lot of time and cost by making the business automated with AA. Also, it is secure and robust.
