Automation Anywhere 360 is my first automation tool. It is very easy and futuristic tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy and lots of packages are available in this tool. It is very easy to implement and integrate with the system. Bot development and monitoring are easy. Also, they have a bot store for already developed bots.
Customer support is also very fast and the latest feature "Open Chat" is very useful for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recorder and the OCR do not give the desired output. The quality of image recognition should be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reducing the human efforts and time. Also, the repeating and boring tasks that are done daily then we can automate them easy if they are rule based.

1) Automation Anywhere is the having a very easy and user friendly interface. The logics and and flow of the process is very easy to build and understand.
2) Also Automation Anywhere tool is oriented in a very organized way. the packages and all the command actions are easy find and easy drag and drop for the logics.
3) The bot deployement and automation is ver easy to implement even a peson without having coding knowledge can implement and deploy the bot.
4) AA team is very supportive as there support is so quick.
5) Integration with other application like SAP and db are very easy.
6) Usually i use this tool on daily basis.
7) few feature i like - IQ BOT, AARI and discovery bot.

1) Automation Anywhere is little bit slow as compared to other tool.

1)There are several problems related to web scrapping and managing the data in an structured way. the automation anywhere bot is read those data and convert the data in an structered way by putting these in excel and database.
2) IQ bot is a good feature to extract the data from pdf and put this in the csv.
3) Mainly these above few problems envolved with lot of human efforts so the Automation Anywhre reduces the efforts, improve the efficiency and accuracy and save the lots of effort and time of the business.

First of all scalabity and second is time saving while puting manual efforts for a repetitive task RPA will do in very less time and decreasing human interference

As usual costing of automation anywhere is bit high from other tools like power automate will do this in 15 dollar
