What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like in Automation anywhere is that It helps to make the business processes easy to implements and reliable. Automation anywhere takes less time to implements the complex business process plus it is secure and reliable software to use also their community is also very good Best part of the automation anywhere is about the drag-and-drop tool it doesn't require the programming skills . It’s for developing amazing things and easy to use. Using the Automation Anywhere can save a lot of time and manual efforts because we can automate any task which is repetitive in nature using the automation anywhere - which includes automating the Website, Excel sheets, CSV files, and almost any Windows application with the citrix environment . Automation Anywhere is almost compatible with all the applications for business processes . It is a very secure platform which greatly reduces the chances for errors. The bots can be scheduled to run anytime, and there’s no need to monitor or trigger the bot manual. Automation anywhere comes in the very secure environment almost every data is secure in the automation Anywhre.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we comes to dislike in the product it includes a lot of different licences which helps to understand this software when it comes to licencing and implementation. sometimes the automation anywhere doesn't provides the complex task to automate They must includes some additional features helps to automate the business process and make the product more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Problem includes the business processes which includes the repetition of the task that is done by the human being sometimes the human will do the errors while doing the processes so to reduce the errors done by human beings can be benefits using the automation anywhere The automation anywhere really helps to reduce the cost of the human efforts and saves a lot of time

My advice is to try the automation anywere trial version first and make you process to automate if your work is done properly and easily then you can buy and automate the processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is user friendly tool and also platform independent. Automation anywhere is easy and fast to learn. Some of its features are really useful like recording. It's connection establishment options works really well and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
In automation anywhere, development options are less like sometimes while developing any module I felt like IR could have been replaced with some other option or another option could have been added as image recognition doesn't work well everytime, like for some critical development we can not depend on IR instead script recording is more preferred. Also Object cloning sometimes gives false results. And while executing developed task we can pause but can not update the task. Everytime while editing any task we first need to checkout it then only we can edit this is quit time consuming better while opening any task, checkout option should be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am developing a module to automate a manual process of order processing. Through automation the benefits I have realized is that it's really useful for the process which are static as it is less time consuming than manual work. Also it reduces work and time. And also it reduces number of people working on that process. Overall cost reduction and saving time are it's greatest benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One can definitely use this automation tool of RPA but to automate small to medium modules and processes. Overall it's user-friendly and easy to learn tool.

Automation is easy with Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
As we are going towards digital transformation, so Automation Anywhere is an essential and effective tool. The approach of Cognitive Automation is very easy in Automation Anywhere in comparison to other tools. The mouse click and key strokes are recorded seamlessly in Automation Anywhere. The concept of dynamically pausing for an item is the best approach. The best thing is the users can even create bots to automate their own desktop application and that to very easily. In this, we can control over all our processes and manage them from Control Room. Control Room is an application inside Automation Anywhere where we can manage the execution of the process, manage creation of roles and credentials and the security options. The IQbot is the best thing in Automation Anywhere as it learns by itself from continuous work of the user, as it has been embedded with artificial intelligence.

The thing that I dislike about Automation Anywhere is, it is more code based. If an user can is willing to write codes, then there is no need of automation tools rather writing codes manually is much better. The user interface is not user friendly, as it do not Visual process designer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about Automation Anywhere is it has macro recording feature to imitate the process that an user does. As, Automation Anywhere has an IQbot, so it has made the training or making process very easy, as it learns automatically what the user does, since it has an embedded Artificial Intelligence. We have solved problem, like capturing different field of an invoice from different positions,as the position of fields changes in different invoices.

Automation Anywhere is the best tools for cognitive automation. And embedded with the IQbot makes it a very powerful artificial intelligence integrated tool.

What do you like best about the product?
AA in itself is a complete tool. Right from creating simple bots, to publishing it, to controlling from remote locations, everything seems seamless here. The best part here is that the automation anywhere university is so elaborate, you can go and be a master of RPA yourself. They have not only focused on the tool but also on the training part of it. I can see many clients preferring to use AA within my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the elaborate training however I wish the training were more of human voice and not a digital voice since that makes one feel uninterested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating certain reports from SAP and external portals. We are work in progress but we are trying to automate a task which takes up to 15 hrs. a week.

My recommendation is to first spend enough time in the automation anywhere university courses and then go for actual implementation

its code fail many times than than any other tool. Like its object cloning property fail many times .So its code fail more than any other tool.

I am a automation anywhere devloper from last two year, it is used to automation many task.

An automation tool that uses a scripting language to automate task. while most automation tools rely on UI interfaces automation anywhere provides a scripting language to write automation.while this might not be good for everything there are certain areas in which this shines

might be harder to use for someone who does not have any coding background.Only allows access through the application and doesn't support a browser or mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used automation anywhere to build multiple automation solutions for clients. most repeated tasks can easily be automated using this tool. there are so many redundant tasks in almost every work space that we have automated.

If you have competent team then you can go for this blindly as it is fairly easy to learn and implement.You can quite easily get projects to production with the help of automation anywhere
