What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about AA is its User Interface. User interface is very interactive and rich. it is easy to learn. it has task editor which includes multiple action like window, keyboard & mouse, file & folder actions. using the BOT creator i automated my daily task which helped me a lot. i also liked the smart recording functionality through which i recorded an entire process and was able to automate it. I also like using Web recorder which enabled me to extract some web page data. so my overall experience with Automation anywhere is really great and i am excited for some future updates, new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
1.Sometimes it crashes when i automated a large process having multiple window transition and clicks.
2. Debugging of BOT is sometimes tricky. i have to run the Bot multiple times to figure out the bug.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My daily includes lots of repetitive tasks like ticket logging and report making.and using this tool i automated them. it saved my time and efforts and eventually i was able to focus on new thing and explore more into this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the inbuilt commands like Excel and Email automation where compared to other automation tools. Easy to execute and run. Connected with database and retrieved maximum number of records from DB to excel. used FTP command and connected to the client tool for retrieving the data
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to increase the performance and while doing some calculations we are using scripting languages instead of AA. Please overcome this type of issues and add some more commands. we are unable to automate the pdf tasks which are in unstructured manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are Automating several processes with same flow of work with the help of Automation Anywhere and Decreased the errors while performing manual task and increase in productivity done lot of excel operations which we use on our daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Automation Anywhere tool because it has an incompatible features like Meta bots and IQbots where other tools doesn't have those things. It was easy to learn and execute. compare with other tools like UIpath and blueprism the user interface will look more attractive. while debugging the code also we have event watchers where all the data in the variables can be seen and easy to capture the wrong details where the bot has updated in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is the best tool for handling repetitive tasks,reduction in the workload ,easy to understand even for non technical employees.Process Based on email ,PDF,Excel,reports etc can be easily automated.Error Handling can be easily done.Almost 500 Drag and Drop commands helps to navigate the tool smoothly,while Doing complex projects.Coding section of automation anywhere is much user friendly when compared to other command structures. There are no hidden commands and everything is visible on left bar which will make coding much more easier. There is meta bots included in Automation anywhere which is of reusable component and that helps capturing items which are not possible by few of the available command. and the inclusion of DLL availability is very much helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
comparing to the other sources tool AA tool is bit high in cost when compared to few of the other tools which are available in market as of now.Also the loading of the application takes time sometimes and can be improved.Debugging of the task can also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PDF Integration,Excel Tasks.It is also used to solve web application issues by handling. Benifits of using Automation anywhere are that it can reduce human effort.It will also reduce the time taken to finish a process which will obviously take more time for the human to finish it.

Its user friendly in automating repetitive tasks and can be easily understood to the ones of no code base.I highly recommend this tool to others as this is much user friendly even though it is little expensive.And also this can ease their work.
Easy, Rich and Powerfull RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is one of best RPA tool among all other competitor. MetaBot is one of best functionality provided by AA where you can add your custom code written in Csharp. I could not see this unique features in other RPA tool. other one is IQ BOT. surely no other RPA tool can beat this.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment I do not have answer for this.

we used AA for multiple use cases like Customer care, PO processing, insurance. for few use cases ROI was better customer service that ultimately turned into high customer satisfaction and increased revenue.

I am using AA last couple of years and definitly this is very easy and powerful RPA tool. one of the best part of this to integrate custom code via MetaBOT. i will definitly recommend this to others.

The object cloning command can be improved and made reliable.

Helping our client to meet their end to end requirements for automating the business process that is repetitive. It helps our client in utilizing the FTEs for some other process and also they can be moved to some other technologies which is helpful for both employee and the employer in terms of their future.
Automation Anywhere is Robust,Inteliigent and Cognitive Vision
What do you like best about the product?
I strongly recommend Automation Anywhere it is having the Cognitive IQ Bot which is Intelligent Bot to customize the Invoices, Unstructured Data, PDF and al relevant documents.
And the Second one it is having Metabot in which it can be useful as Reusable Component and we can use the DLL here which the load can be reduced and here we can calibrate the screens and configure the screens and we can use legacy application.
And the Third One Bot Insight which used for reduce operational cost and used in Business Development and we can customize the dashboard by using zoom data server.

There is no dislike as a Automation Anywhere user I strongly recommend Automation Anywhere to my clients it is upgrading day by day to compete with the competitors.

1. I strongly recommend because It solving the Unstructured data, hidden dat and Dark Headers problem by the use of IQ Bot.

Using Automation Anywhere, We are ease to do automation in best manner, The Commands which we have can easily drag and drop to tasks helps us to build the in automations in easy manner. And the Added technologies like Metabot where we can easily create reusable components and creating DLL's helps us to create most Robotic solutions to our Projects, And IQBot the future congnetive automation tool helps us to process all the invoices with sent percent success rate. We are Able to train the documents very easily and we are achieving cent percent of results using IQ BOT. By using Control room we are easily monitoring the bots by running and scheduling the bots
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with Automation Any Where we are build most sophisticated robots there are some dislikes while in developing-
1) Error handling- Even we have best functions in Error handling Command, in order to call multiple tasks in a master task we face some difficulties in Error handling, every time we need to push arguments to know the status. It is better to put Best hand error handling liks Try Catch, or Retry Command is better to avoid such scenarios

In Automation Any Where I have done bunch of Projects and running in successful manner, We have done SAP, Main Frames, Invoice Processing, Web Automations, Client Tools using Automation Anywhere. Over all we have gained more FTE benefits and we shown great cost saving to company.

What do you like best about the product?
In Automation Anywhere I like its cognitive capabilities, Metabot and IQBOT. Quite impressed with IQBOT. I have used IQBOT in project, so its giving more accurate and efficient results. Metabot is also useful to perform complicated tasks in easier way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt control room in Automation Anywhere seems bit difficult for the beginners. As am having experience in other RPA tools I felt Automation Anywhere UI interface is not very user friendly. Variable Manager also quite difficult for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In one of our project I was facing issues in extracting data from PDF, after that I referred Automation Anywhere IQBOT. IQBOT is working giving more accurate and efficient results.
