Really great product for RPA
What do you like best about the product?
RPA is changing the world and Automation Anywhere is providing easy access tools to perform RPA

Nothing, RPA is genuinely made fun by using Automation Anywhere

I am using Automation Anywhere to automate processes at hackathons

You should choose Automation Anywhere if you have any usecase for RPA whether you are a company or a college student at a hackathon.

to improve accuracy and replace boring, manual and routine tasks

AA RPA doesn't work well with older version of server client based of ERP and also does not work very well with Remote Desktop.

Automate routine task with RPA to reduce human error and improve efficiency
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must do a POC. The demo video may looks impressive and easy to implement but in actual fact it may different depend on the complexities of the case. The POC also must prove AA is able to work with your existing technology such as Remote desktop or client server based application.

What do you like best about the product?
The community edition is best when you want to automate manual processes both windows based and web-based applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to the Enterprise edition, I find the community edition lacks connectivity to other database warehouses like Snowflake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have been filling out forms online and it really takes time, with AA, the process reduced greatly. Community Edition consumes too much memory and the performance is too slow. I need to close all other applications when using AA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Purchase the Enterprise for the full experience and try to build the client-server to the cloud instead of in your local drive due to performance issues.

Ease of use with drag and drop, IQ bot is quite powerful, easy extensibility, powerful ROI demonstrator, Bot security framework is great to demonstrate the security features and to showcase compliance. Locker and credential vault is also a great feature of the product.

It needs more hands-on-labs in Automation Anywhere University
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I'm working with Automation Anywhere Partner in UAE, we are solving a lot of problems that are not just time-consuming but also critical especially in the current pandemic. We are processing Healthcare Insurance Claims for the largest Healthcare organization in the UAE.

I really advise you to use Automation Anywhere as you would not need to buy another tool to help you to do your automation better.
Automation Made Ridiculously Easy
What do you like best about the product?
When I first started using A2019, I was blown away by how intuitive and friendly the platform was. I use excel macros and VBA to get most of my work done, but as soon I started using Automation Anywhere, I rarely use excel other than to store data - which is also performed using Automation Anywhere. I'm addicted to it now.
I'm glad I stumbled upon this tool, because of how phenomenal it has been for me so far, helping me with not just my projects, but also with automating mundane and routine tasks, raising my productivity and buying back time I would have to otherwise spend on manual tasks.
Another thing I like about Automation Anywhere, is the rapid rate of development and addition of new features. IQ Bots and AARI was a game changer for me, and I am looking forward to more from the Automation Anywhere team!

The performance can be slow at times, but other than that, A2019 has positively impacted me, as it helps me with my work. Manual tasks are boring, but automating them is not, since you have to get creative to find solutions, which is something A2019 has enabled me to.

I usually automate tasks related to excel, such as data cleansing, performing calculations(finance related), and storing them in repositories based on several conditions. The execution is super fast for excel, and this has allowed me to push through hundreds of excel files in a flash.
Other tasks include navigating across websites and scrapping data, or performing certain functions like automating the launch of forms on SAP Successfactors, download reports, perform calculations, and send the reports to concerned faculties.
I've recently started exploring IQ Bots and AARI, and am quite excited with its functionalities. I haven't started using them for my projects yet, but hope to one day.

Solution is user-friendly, automation can be faster, and can also be worn by anyone, possibly non-technical people with only primary programming skills. They are many characteristics, robot analysts, metabolites, etc., and can be helpful if you can learn how to use them properly.

Some tools do not have enough details about using them.

Produce automatic projects, including logging keyboard clicks and mouse movements, assign tasks to many computer systems, and execute scheduled tasks with automated contacts at any time, even when the PC is locked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is stupid to use and offers an excellent return on daily responsibility. Workers invest time in much more pleasant places that require human labor.

Opportunities combined with AI and your people which may build automation easy and stronger. It lacks a bit to become known in this market, that way many more people will know the tool and it would be positioned as the best in the market. Many user need complementary solutions that work together for multiple operating systems and there are some limitations on the software as well.

We can collect ideas and convert them into a powerful innovation and automation in a completely controlled manner. We can easily collect the data of each step and monitor the data that can be combined together in various file format which are ready to use for automation. Also we can easily consolidate the data from some business applications which actually stores all the data of all the process with the understanding it can be progressive and impactful and it can be easily processed for automation with the help of AI mapping.
