It is very flexible to understand and also for developer it has inbuilt command which will be use to configure.

What do you like best about the product?
Used to automate the daily routine tasks such as mail automation and the SAP part of the Automation is very much useful for the repeated tasks creation. Macro execution is much simpler when even compared to the other rivals in the same domain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Citrix capabilities, Cost is a bit too high compared to the competitors in the same perspective area.
The Desktop recording need to be done most of the times to indicate the element on the screen as some times the screen takes some lag to appear. i would like to have an option to pause the screen to indicate the element on the desktop.
Interaction with Kibana is missing to push the data to visualize the user data, where as of now UiPath has been providing the Kibana logs combined with the Elastisearch for a better representation of the data that is being used by the Orchestrator.

i have basically used Automation Anywhere for the SAP Automation to retrieve data from the SAP and send an mail notification for the concerned team and in case of any error in SAP would trigger a different process. I have also used Automation Anywhere to sort mails to make the bot do different activities based on the type of the mail received.

It is good product to start learning with Automation and get to know how the Automation world looks like. As a beginner this is a good product to look into for starting your career on Automation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Automation Anywhere is the ease with which it can be implemented. I have worked with RPA Developers on a number of accounts. It lives up to its reputation of Automate Anywhere.
Another thing I like about Automation Anywhere is that its Learning resource has everything for everyone and done the way it should be done. I am a business analyst and till now I have completed 3 training courses in the partner portal. Once again I can learn it from anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about Automation Anywhere is the difference of License fees across Organizations depending on the partnership. Another thing I dislike is the AA IQBOT which has not yet succeeded in living upto its reputation. Due to its high cost, low ROI and its inability to meet client requirements we had to scrap it in one of our accounts.
But surely with Data Science growing in stature that problem should be solved in the coming months.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I am trying to solve the Order Entry process of a major US Client using Automation Anywhere. There are a total of 6 processes under the LOB. I successfully created a pipeline of 12 FTEs for the LOB and realized 4 FTE benefits till now through the implementation of Automation Anywhere.
Its low license cost has always given our clients a good ROI and hence I always go with Automation Anywhere anytime, anywhere.

Till date most of the Automation platformshave the same features. It is the ease of using the tool which makes me propose Automation Anywhere. This tool does not require a person to be highly skilled. It is designed and taught in such a way that even someone with basic skills can Automate processes anytime and from Anywhere.

Entire process being automated it gives a feeling of trust that outcome is cent percent error free and most reliable. It helps removing redundancy of work which in absence was to be carried out by humans.
Being proficiency in the tool makes way for more innovation to come in and reduce human efforts.

License is a bit expensive if we need to experiment with it at personal upfront.
As more and more tasks get added to one main task , the flow chart starts becoming very complex and difficult to navigate from one task to another. Code complexity for the same also increases drastically.

Automation anywhere has touched many areas in our project.
Working in shifts and reporting the attendance and reimbursements by our manager was very tedious for our manager , consuming 5 hours of his daily time. Having automated the same , we fill in by just 5 mins and that saves all his efforts.
Similarly smoke tests for all our clusters have been set up , which runs overnight and makes sure systems are up and ready for working in morning.
And human errors have been reduced to almost zero.

This is perfect tool of reducing humans efforts and at the same time bringing productivity and innovation in the work areas. It makes alot of tedious tasks look really simple and finishes it before time with best results. Highly recommended and must be integrated in all possible areas.

In few case some of the commands are not performing correct action like Object cloning ...etc

Automation The specialized object recognition system of anywhere can reliably find device objects even when the quality of the computer. OCR(Click an image text (OCR click), occurence of mage and text, loops, procedures of variable. Innovation control room for all the bots in the control room.

Good tool with which to grow. With it, haven't had no major challenges.

Automation Anywhere Business is the best Rule-based automation technology to lower the cost of FTE if you have large stock.
You can trust it blindly really their support system is such a great and safe.

FTE hours may the easiest metric to compare across business lines but the real impacts concern working capital reductions, accuracy needs some improvement though , Revenue enablement and enabling speed to customer. Overall, it has been a positive experience.

As of now I have nothing to dislike but rather I would say company is on the right track at least.

As of now I have not faced such problems so that I can mention it , but as we all know nothing is perfect , so as I said that the company is on the right track, and I see a lot of improvement coming in the near future.

We have a dedicated manager and success manager. They are quick to respond on the customer support side.

The object cloning command of automation anywhere is best suited for desktop as well as web application. specially the modes in the object cloning like object , coordinate and image.

Error handling is not efficient for the task when we need to retry it. We have to manually handle the retry login and there is no built in support for the retry for any error occurred. And there is no parallel execution of task is available when there is any error occurred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used automation anywhere for the citrix application. Where image based object cloning help me to solve business problem. also when screen size is fixed i used coordinate based object cloning too.
