What do you like best about the product?
The solution improves our situation in terms of time, money, and resources. Plus, when you're dealing with a bank's information, there are additional complications of privacy concerns. If we can keep that in-house and have a bot or automated code take care of it, then there are fewer human eyes on the private information as well. It's a resource saver, it's a money saver, and it helps us with security,

What do you dislike about the product?
“Regarding the UI, once you're in some of the screens there are fixed dialogues. They are a set size, so there's a lot of horizontal scrolls and vertical scrolls.”
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Liked many features like role assignment for different types of users, credential vault, multiple bot queue operations, easy development, user friendly GUI, METABOTS and many more. Specially for developing SAP bots, using .dll and logic after script recording makes it very easy to automate the process
My work life became easier using RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
RPA is one intelligent tool to identify redundant tasks by itself and capture steps to automate it and aggregating the end reports to the user. What I like about Automation Anywhere is the object cloning and the way you can move the mouse and either go to a particular point or go to an element. That's very easy and intuitive in Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel limited at times with some of the looping and some of the branching and some of the ways to make procedure calls when I have a complex business issue.

Jobs execution and end-to-end data flow in the data warehouse

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool is that it is quite easy to get your hands on with a lot of features that make it easy to automate processes and their support team is really helpful(I mean it).
What do you dislike about the product?
Scripts are not graphical making it cumbersome task to traverse through them, sometimes it becomes difficult to find else part of an if statement. :)

If anyone is still confused to decide which tool is best for their organization, believe me AA beats every other tool as of now. I have heard of so many companies who started their RPA journey with other tools and gradually they moved to AA. One of the best thing I like about AA is that it is simple and easy to learn, bot handling is quite easier. If you have any issue just report it to them and they are very fast to help you resolve it.
The Intelligent Bot in the Industry
What do you like best about the product?
With the introduction of IQ Bots, Automation Anywhere brought RPA to a all new level. This made RPA more suitable for end to end business processing which inherently requires cognitive ability. Remarkably the STA which could bring would be 60% plus. Awesome and thank you.

The community edition of AA client and the control room should have more features (like IQ bot), so that people could gain more hands on knowledge which will make the features more accessible across
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Automation Anywhere on different verticals like Utility, Retail business and Banking specifically on Order processing ,Invoice Processing , Meter Data Management to name a few.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With the IQ bot inclusion, Automation Anywhere now mimics human actions more precisely with machine learning techniques. The most awaited feature. I presume this feature is one of its kind, when compared to other RPA products, and will give an extra edge for intelligent automation.

Automation Anywhere is best in reducing / avoiding human errors and automate the task using bots which helps to do many task within short span of time. Efficient utilization of time can be achieved in all tasks. Simple learning curve and interactive tutorials from AA site helps to understand the bot creation in much simple way.

There is noting like dislike. Expecting more adaptations in future releases.

Automation Anywhere is simply the best.
What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend Automation Anywhere as it is so easy to learn. Compared to the other RPA applications, Automation Anywhere is above the rest. i've tried a lot of RPA tools but this is by far the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The license fee is fair with all the features of Automation Anywere but it would be great if there will be a license fee for students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automated a manual task, the automation was able to save about 300 hours. With the automation, I was able to repurpose my time to other equally important task.

Having some challenges in Training the Invoices and having the Learning instance. Have seen challenges in Classification

We have submitted Xome Bots to the bot store and now are working on Digital workers for AP And Oder Management. This will improve Productivity and E-2-E Transaction
