Its very helpful to use with less stress, I feel amaze to do script for automation, it thrills me when run the task.

We cant use cursor when bot is running, I am expecting when the task is running without harming the task can we use cursor for other work?

IQ Bot and EXcel advanced commands are great. Cloud deployment is also an excellant addition.

Email Automation has certain limitations with respect to the filters available. hope AA will fix these pretty soon

Done few implementations for the IT equipment ordering and telecom expense management functions of a fortune 500 client involving windows applications as well as external webpages and AA works like a charm.

Main thing in AA is Object Cloning which place the wonderful in it and I like it while working with it.

Little I felt dislike or disadvantage in AA is Look and Feel, little improvement required.

Almost all sort of repetitive tasks can be automated easily and aids quick learning for the beginners.
With the help of Automation Anywhere, we can able to create any task straight forward. The inbuilt data types and its usage is convenient enough to automate excel and csv files. The object cloning command is powerful enough to be compatible with any kind of applications equally. Metabots are really an added advantage while dealing with applications whose DLLs are available (eg. SAP). This solves the major problem of selectors getting changed while dealing with applications. IQ Bot is another interesting feature which is currently work in progress.

Few more controls can be added to automate tasks. Security is the major concern and few activities that we use must have a access limiter. Expecting the IQ Bot to be compatible with a wide range of applications.

I liked the excel operation commands in automation anywhere.Metabot feature in automation anywhere work very flawlessly.Automating web based application with domex path functionality makes easier in automation Anywhere.

We have to work in boundaries of automation anywhere we cant use custom activities in AA.User Interface creates confusion many times commands are many.Costing and maintenance is very High.

I have worked on mainframe application which are too difficult to automate by automation anywhere.Also worked on salesforce web based application and Performs many operation on excel.

I feel Automation Anywhere is the Best RPA tool for AI capabilities. It helps alot for documents extraction like invoices, statements etc. Mobile applications are also very easy to use and good to monitor the bots. 2019 version is also very good and cloud based.

Based on my experience I did not face any difficulties using automation anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very fast as the execution time is very less when it is compared to other RPA tool. Further the use of different bots such as metabot, IQ bot, task bot are used in different process based on the requirement. Metabot is found to be reusable component as it in form of dll that is easily used when ever is required. IQ bots are smart bot that perform various operations even thought the UI get change if we train it in correct way. Training to the bot can be easily done if the structure data is provided with out any change. Trigger is another useful component that can be us to implement the various trigger based on the requirements. Control room can be use to schedule ,cancel stop or run even that can be use to deploy the bot successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Automation Anywhere for Excel operation i found it difficult to apply filter in column and get the only filter data and so i have to use various third party tool to automate these process.Further it was difficult to search for any command in the task bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
performing various operation in SAP Automation, various Email automation such as delete ,send and read,Easily database connectivity with getting data based on filtered value,use of meta bot to perform various excel operations,outlook metabot to perform various operation in outlook.

Automation Anywhere does not completely supports OCR. It needs to be improve.

We are extracting data from excel files of different formats and put it in SQL database. Then
get the data from the database and perform operation on 5 applications,3 of them are mainframe applications and 2 are web based applications.
