Best tool to learn and automate
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere helped us to automate tools of different business sector and it keeps on updating it self to become more and more user frienldly
What do you dislike about the product?
The installation in 11.3 is bit difficult but it will overcome in cloud version

Task BOT - I like task bot because it helps in all the automation stuff very efficiently.
Meta Bot - The auto updating property of meta bot and the collaboration is really amazing.
IQ BOT- The Cognitive capability to extract data from unstructured stuff is really very helpful part.

What do you dislike about the product?
Exactly I don't dislike but yes I think that some enhancement required
1. In some of the cases if we need to apply some pivot in excel then we cant.
2. Unable to read emails after a limit.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually I working from past 3 years on AA so I have solved a lot by the help of Automation Anywhere like I have worked on Excel Automation, Email automation, SAP automation etc.
So Basically I have experienced lot of benefits of this tool like - if we do SAP automation we don't need to use VBS we can use Meta Bot very efficiently.
Overall I have feel that its good to automate all the automation stuff by the help of Automation Anywhere because its reliable, accurate, efficient and I am feeling confident using Automation Anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved about how there are user interaction slides which surely helped me to get the practical experience I needed for every concept.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my observation, I haven't anything that negative to describe it as downfall of AA

It helped us to automate very basic mundane tasks in our project. It increased our productivity, less time effort, team efforts reduction etc;
Awesome experience. Came across capability of AA to automate different area redundent work.

Meta bot are the best feature AA has provided. With this you can automate without having access to application. And the ability to create not available functionality by using dll adding feature.

Nothing at the moment. SInce in learning and evaluation phase.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Automation Anywhere RPA tool is that the jobs which were considered to be of educated class or the esteemed white-collar jobs can also be automated. Being associated with a process automation company, I used to believe that automation is only there for reducing the efforts of machine operators or grass root level operators only, but I was wrong. Now with the help of this tool, we can indulge our executives in the real brainstorming jobs for which they were hired. I believe that this is the biggest disruption in the industry after the introduction of computers in the 90s.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very little things that I disliked about this platform. But the things to mention can be, cost. I think to disrupt the market on a large scale level, the cost of product should be kept a bit lower. India is a country of small scale industries and to be a leader here this product should be available in a slightly lower price then it is available currently. Or we can think of an alternative like leasing a product to people for trail at a slightly lower price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing the efforts of our HR department in salary processing. This work is a monthly effort that occupies our HR for a week at the end of every month. We were able to process all this same work in just two days with this RPA tool. Also we are using this tool for our pre-sales team for gathering the data of our potential clients. We have been able to reach new clients from various industries with the help of this.

I would highly recommend AA enterprise for any organization looking to use their people to the full utilization.

yeah, I'm seeking to increase the font size in AAE. it will help to see clearly each and every bit.hope to get this option in AAE

Mostly I worked with excel & pdf operations fetching the data and manipulating data from SQL in AAE

What do you like best about the product?
It has all I need to automate a process. It is easy to use and enjoy at the same time. It eases the use of human interaction with computers. It helps us decrease the manual work of the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts are needed to use logic for you to understand but those are not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some critical parts like web cloning. I've searched some fixes online and I got them useful.

What do you like best about the product?
i liked very much automation anywhere,it is user friendly and compare to other tools ,we can learn easily and implement also not tough to do work as soon as possible.In A2019 i liked dual options like flowchart and list of codes.An analyst can look at specific sections in control room (dashboards) without having to worry about internal functioning of each bot and yet get a fair understanding from the insights provided on the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
fastness is very slow compare to other tools .Now flowchart came A2019 now its good.No Object cloning in AA .i am not satisfied without object cloning .i am expecting any error handling template automatically taking exceptions in automation anywhere.if unable to do work any complicate in the task,we cannot able to do code in the task middle. we cannot see the result at a time like parallel activity like in uipath, i am not able to see in automation anywhere.i am expecting more commands in automation anywhere. Most of the customers they are not ready to buy Automation Anywhere because of license cost is more compare to other tools. I recommend to automation anywhere to reduce the price according to the market competition.There should be something like from which we can add our own created activity in AA.

Many solutions i solved in the automation anywhere, due to more work i resolved many answers as soon as possible with an immediate result in the automation anywhere. Even i expecting more commands getting easy work in automation anywhere.

There should be something like from which we can add our own created Command in AA.Costlier than other RPA tools.
