What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and efficient to handle. In this course have live practice sessions that are very interest to do.

Some of the activity can have security feature inbuild.

The best thing I like in automation anywhere is (1) It doesn't need any programming knowledge(2
)it also eliminated humans effort as everything is done automatically (3) this also increases tasks (4) saves a lot of human time as in rapidly automates complex and complicated tasks (5) withh a enterprise we don't have to worry about the safety of our information. It is backed with the top- notch security protocols which assure you of the across multiples locations (6) AA enterprise takes pride in its state of the art analytics and reports allow users to control and monitor the performance of their rpa bots.. (7) This helps in providing insights and recommendations as to which areas of the business and improvement.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are few that I dislike in automation anywhere those are: (!) program is difficult to understand when code is large (2) automation anywhere's license is very expensive its difficult to afford by common people (3) there should be separation or some differences in syntax as it will be hard for any bigginer to understand the code. (4) Debugging system is not so effective in automation anywhere as debugging is required for any developer at some point of time so I feel debugging is required for any developer at some point of time so iI feel debugging concept can be improved a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the feature that we have used in an Action in workbench is object cloning. We find that very reliable and very useful for implementing different business processes. Also, we are able to extract a huge amount of data from a database within seconds. And store them separately csv files. We can extract tables, pdfs and many using simple drag and drop command. I have realized that using automation anywhere we can get the data very easily and effectively it decreases human effort and bot performs every tasks very effectively.

It is very good to use. I would definitely recommend to go for Automation Anywhere as a lot of great features are built together in the development of automation anywhere enterprise, but it is still a simple application that users , even those without proper IT training , can easily use. It is user-friendly software that helps increase productivity and seed up operations in the workplace. Its stable functionalities, enterprise security and comphrensive feature set always recommends the users to use automation anywhere forever.

It has feature to configure the code using inbuilt command. Developer is not required to make effort.

Excel and outlook feature creating issue when we are configuring. It has limited feature for excel and outlook

What do you like best about the product?
UiPath RPA is hands down the best RPA tool in the market by a huge margin. Their approach to the development is very developer friendly, the tool is snappy, the execution as fast as one can hope, automation is very flexible and community is very active, which is very important in forum.
What do you dislike about the product?
More BI reporting needed to be giving more insights.

The A2019 is completely cloud based
The AA insights mobile app is very helpful for monitoring / managing the bots
Improved features in 11.x like Metabot, WLM etc
It has best cognitive abilities which can be achieved with the help of IQ bot.
Integration with 3rd party tools like ABBYY , Cyber Ark is also available.
In A2019 there are many new features that got added like new Data types , SAP recorder , Excel activities , IBM Watson Integration , Outlook Integration etc

It is one of the leading RPA tools in the market which has the best cognitive platform capabilities, thanks for the IQ bot. And for Mid range companies the AA team came with A2019 which is completely cloud based platform.

1.Flexibility:You can program an RPA bot to complete almost any repetitive task
2. Ease of integration.RPA bots do not need to be integrated with most software. Thanks to screen scraping and existing integrations, they can input and evaluate the output of almost all Windows applications
3.Ease of implementation: RPA can set up as simple as setting up a macro by recording your actions. There are also drag & drop interfaces for setting up automation.
4.Cost:Robots are cheaper than humans! Business process outsourcing solutions are no longer economical when those processes can be automated yielding better results and requiring less cost than outsourcing.

The tool is very sensitive in terms of background applications and warnings. A major difficulty was also the resolution change which caused failures.

That's automates the extraction of data to comes up with accurate, effective and timely mannered.
Initially it involves a lot of manual task with the ease of RPA able to generate the report in timely manner and saves a lot of time and efforts.

The best part of the tool is it saved a lot of time and recursively did the repetitive works. The learning experience was worthy as on ground it actually helped in performing tasks more efficiently and productively.

What do you like best about the product?
Different bots for available for different scenarios- Based on the user story, AA offers three types of Bots- Task, Meta and IQ bots. User can choose according to their needs and requirements. Task bot offers simple, rule based processes to be automated easily whereas Metabots offers the concept of Reusability and helps to automate complex processes. IQ bots has cognitive ability and it enhances its skill by continuous learning. All these three different bots makes designing of the process very simple and user friendly. With the addition of cloud based interface, it has increased its accessibility. Now we do not have to depend on system, we can open our AA tool from anywhere. Management of process which gets UP and Running through external event through Trigger Manager is an important feature in AA which I find very useful because not all process are to be scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Control room is little difficult to manage and understand. It has got number of settings and also the dependency of client over control is not good because we have to connect to control room for client.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been solving problems both at easy and complex levels. Processes such as connecting to share point and downloading the file made available on a daily basis. Analyzing the file content and extracting importing fields to store in database and send report to client.
Sending reports over mail, manipulation of excel data, invoice data extraction through PDF actions are some of other cases I have worked on.

I would recommend everyone to go for Automation Anywhere because it is a very good platform to automate simple as well as complex processes as it takes care of all the scenarios. Learning the tool is also easy because there are online training materials and videos available. It has free trail versions for people with interest in RPA and this tool.
