What do you like best about the product?
The best feature i like about automation anywhere is the virtual workforce we can create with automation anywhere to automate from anything to anything also the way it handles unstructured data is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no particular thing i disliked about Automation Anywhere, as everything is working perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can solve many business problems, which are feasible to automate across different industries like shopping, finance, bank, insurance, BPO, etc. I solved business processes like Cost Sheet Creation, Payroll Processing, Account Payable, Email Automation, etc. using automation anywhere, the thing i found really helpful is the courses available before using handson.

What do you like best about the product?
Well the best part of RPA - Automation Anywhere is the platform to learn which gives a real time exposure about how to make bots and analyze on different use cases which makes it further easier for one to get accustomed to the environment and prepare for the certifications. The RPA platform is also User friendly that is it's GUI is one of its advantages especially for beginners who are trying the platform for the very first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well sometimes, the website doesn't respond properly, that may be due to high traffic but if that is something looked upon then the experience would be much more better. There has to be much more modules related to AI, which would further ease up the process, if something interesting can be added to the present platform that would makes the work 10x faster. Also, it would be very helpful if provided an option to connect to the database directly where we can manipulate( add or delete) data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well now sending bulk mails is just a bot away for me, or changing or manipulating the data is much more easier when the task involves a large number of people. Being the head of the student community, it requires our team to and bulk messages at a lot of occasion, thus by integrating RPA Automation Anywhere this process has become easier as well as efficient.
One other scenario, where using RPA - AA has totally changed the scenario is automating form fill ups. Now rather than asking students to fill up multiple forms for various processes, we are using bots to do the task to fill the forms or curate data from the master database, This way, it helps to get accurate data at the same time there is no data loss, and this would would one of the ideal case as there are many incidents of data theft nowadays and rather than sending out multiple forms if a database can be maintained then we can get our requisite operations done from them with the help of the bots.

Automation Anywhere RPA platform should be definitely your solution in order to automate your process and ease your process. Once you get acquainted with the platform you are all got to go. The platform also provides you various detailed courses which helps you to learn all the modules for free and even if you are more interested you can go for certification which will give more boost to your projects as well add a feather to your cap.

A2019 BOT creator User interface is not user friendly for developer to create automation scripts

Versatile nature of Automation anywhere is one of the key stage stoppers among the RPA platform.
It's user friendly and vast range of options to detect/capture/extract data and the drag and drop functionality makes user adapt very easily to its automating nature.

Automation Anywhere should focus now more on providing more options on different platform based automation like legacy systems/SAP/OCR which currently it lacks.
AA should also expand its scripting and macro facilities by supporting different scripting languages so that it becomes more reliable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used AA to automate many process across different line of business for ex: Pharmaceuticals, Airlines, Banking, Logistics.. to automate many process including data extraction, reporting, account processing, user onboarding, ticket generation.

Expect a feature packed automating package with a very user friendly interface.

Object cloning command, REST services, Metabots are the best they almost solve your all issues. Theses 3 are very useful and be used every now and then.

OCR, although it's a different technology which is still under development but then since we have that option user starts thinking that it will give the desired results which is not the case and sometimes we have to face the consequences.

I have worked on lots of different type of use cases from automating outlook, to excel to SAP to salesforce, to almost every application which the need is for.

I would recommend Automation Anywhere to be used in almost everything apart from Image based use cases wherein you need to extract text from image apart from that AA supports most of the applications.

With automation anywhere, I have been able to develop automation projects without any prior knowledge and background of coding. Also the presence of top-notch OCR has reduced my dependency on other licensed OCR products.

As a presales consultant, I would really like to have a variety of licensing models to chose from depending on the client’s requirements and make more effective business cases for automation

With the release of A2019 and its multiple versions in the last one year, the product is becoming more stable and promising. The key highlight is the pure cloud model which strives to reduce the TCO of clients as well as help them scale at ease. Please consider the pure cloud version for your upgrade / new purchase
