What do you like best about the product?
It was very useful in creating a simple and easy to process methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt little difficulty in creating metabots with the DLL files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now I am solving the printing process monitoring problem.

All I could say about recommending Automation anywhere to others is that just go for it at the first chance and go through each and every option available and last month when I was in Hyderabad to attend an alumni meet I got a chance to meet all my old friend and I have talked with one of my friends told him about the automation anywhere

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere built on .net frame work it the most effective tool using which we can create the software bots which can do the manual task. using Automation Anywhere tool we can create different types of bots like IQ,Meta bots and we can schedule the bots using the control room.automating the PDF, Email,and excel task is very easy and we can also work on the Linux platform through citrix automation. using the tool we can run macros, VB and java scripts we can also run batch files. There are around 600 pulse commands which we can make use during our automation process using the tool we can automate both web and windows application and for Main Frame applications we can use Terminal Emulator.and using the credential vault we can store the passwords.tool is very flexible it supports multiple browsers like IE and chrome
What do you dislike about the product?
Automating the complex excel and email task is bit difficult using the inbuilt commands present in the tool and OCR engine results are not accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation any where tool helped us in automating the manual business process like sending the email and extracting the data from the web portal and other daily manual activities

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Automation Anywhere for quite while now and I am glad to say that hands down, this is the best RPA tool out there. The Innovation AA brings to the table is one of the most interesting things, Furthermore, the user friendly interface and the options to integrate are additional benefits to consider. We have used other RPA tools in the past year but I would still suggest and vouch for Automation Anywhere (AA).
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not call it a disadvantage as such but the fact the Automation Anywhere is more script based, while UIPath and BluePrism have visual process designers requires the employees to have better programming skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems Solved: OCR - To read the receipts generated by client and on-board the data into the finance tool so that the invoices can be raised via mail, Employee On-boarding - On-boarding of new employees into Slack using API, Sales-force, AD Account Services, Finance Receipts auditing and excel Macros.

Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool out there and it's user-friendly interface is an added point.
Its a very effective RPA Tool I have ever seen.

The Most useful things is IQ Bot & Meta bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike here in AA. which i was dislike in AA2019 is recorder.

What do you like best about the product?
Commands are easy to use. Very easy to learn the tool even people can download the community version at home and learn easily. Control room is the best to schedule the tasks no need of manual intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such to dislike about the tool but yes it can improvise in many way which I can see is getting implemented in 2019 version. Looking forward to use AA 2019.

I am helping the finance team to avoid their repetitive work with 100% accuracy and in less time frame.

This is the best tool to learn and implement easily. Those who have prior coding knowledge its a plus point however those who don't have prior coding knowledge they also can learn easily with proper guidance.

The most efficient RPA tool with cognitive decision making capabilities. It's structured platform helps in building the complex logical business processes. Tool have inbuilt IQ bot and Meta bot feature that self intelligently process the documents.

With the growing needs of enterprise to automate the process, the product has to increase its support on BOT production.

Ease of Integration using standard API's and Tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a Solution Manager i have tried all the 3 premium tools in the market right now & i found out AA to be the most user friendly & easy to use tool. The associated products are also top notch like IQBOT which is way better than any of the current OCR's in the market, A2019 which is again a web based RPA platform

Work bench can be made a bit more simplified which will ease the usability

Most of our internal automations are being carried on with AA. we have an instance of IQ bot which we are trying to leverage for the automations where OCR is involved
