sometime automation anywhere does not automate some applications within a virtual machine. Its debugging system is not good. Building a new bot is quite confusing which takes too much time and without that you cannot use work queues and credentials manager from control room.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is by far one the of best tool in market with respect to RPA. The best thing about Automation Anywhere tool is the ease with which one can create bots and execute them for overnight runs and analyse the results once the execution is completed. The another is much unique feature of this tool is the facility to control the executions of bots via our own smartphones with which we can schedule, monitor, stop, pause our bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll say the point as a dislike but the fact that you only get 30days of free trial to check for your requirements and compatibility with the tool should have some feasibility to get extended.
The next thing which I would like to highlight on personal level is if you are planning to switch from your current tool and planning to implement Automation Anywhere tool in you project the task will be tedious and will definitely take some good amount of human efforts.

With the help of Automation Anywhere we are trying to create bots for all the repetitive works in our In-House projects and soon planning to implements some of the best solutions to all the real time projects.

It maximize the utilization of work force and minimize the latency in day to day work.

Nothing as such, since learning is a continuous exercise and one has to evolve with new horizons.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can be more functional to feature AI things, processing of data can be improved to scan the inconsistent formatted documents. Sometimes, we miss the original format then we need to manually highlight the scan-able document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this as a Web Scrapper/Enhanced OCR Scanner which will fetch the data from excel file and process that in structured PDF formats, then we'll e-mail the file to all our Stakeholders. Another advantage of being choosing Automation is now we are more generous which will fetch out the most likely niche area and add limelight to those feedback's for a quicker response to the user.

1. The training materials provide by the in-house team to learn and implement Automation Anywhere tool is by far one of the best materials available in the market.
2. Automation anywhere has left a positive impact on me, especially the implementation of use of bots to perform all our repetitive and tedious task which are being performed manually on daily basis.
3. The ease with which one can use their smartphones in order to schedule and trigger their bots is again a unique and very useful idea in current automation market
4. The reports which gets generated once the bots execution has been completed with bifurcation of bots results with PASS and FAIL scenarios with proper analysis for failure reason is again a best thing to be considered

If the team can help us with some other solution to extend the trial version or if the trial version can be revamped to 60 days it will definitely help a lot many people to get their hands on with the tool, learn, implement and try something out of the box.

Well to be honest I didn't find anything as such to dislike about Automation Anywhere tool but like to list down a few things.
1. It is not permissible to automate anything from within any virtual machines so you will definitely need a physical machine on which Automation Anywhere tool is installed.
2. The second thing which annoys me sometimes is the debugging process. It is quite challenging at the beginning to learn how to debug any of your bots for errors being faced.
