What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the cutting edge technology in the RPA industry. It is easy to learn and implement. A large number of courses are available in Automation Anywhere University. Unlike other RPA tools, AA allows the users to calculate the ROI in the application itself. This ROI calculation is very useful for the industries to check if RPA can bring a positive impact on their business. From the developer perspective, the use of meta bots is very useful and appreciable when compared to other RPA tools. The use of external DLLs and scripts strengthens the automation workflows even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere studio and robots are easy to implement. However, it requires a quite amount of programming logic. Not all users can understand the studio completely. Meta bot logics can only be implemented by users with minimum programming knowledge and technical background. But once it is learned it is very beneficial and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation anywhere has been used in Automations involving excel, pdf, email, and web.
One of the use cases was to identify the type of email content received from buyers based on keyword and redirecting it to corresponding departments. The automated workflow was time-saving and reliable.

Automation Anywhere is one of the best tools in the RPA space. For AI, OCR, and web automation no other tools can give the accuracy of AA. Automation Anywhere is now providing an enterprise trial version studio for 60 days trails, which makes it easy to learn and then use for industrial purposes. The web control room of AA is a secured platform for monitoring and handling robots. Also, it ensures wide scalability.

Metabot option is useful for automate front end as well as back end application.Control room GUI is user friendly with advanced option.

working on excel sometime showing memory out of bound error for large data.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration of AI and ML is the best part of Automation Anywhere.Through the software, we have been able to reduce the time that we spend on manual, repetitive tasks, so that we can focus on activities that add value to the business or to our partners and customers. The most important things are saving time, increasing control, and increasing automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main things I've found that could be better are small things that can be annoying when you're using them a lot. I would recommend they add a feature where, if you mark the start of an "If" sentence it will highlight the end of the "If" sentence. That would make it easier to get a better overview. The small things are the most important in our day-to-day work with their software. Incremental improvements for a better overview or better user experience would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Machine learning and Artificial intelligence BOT is able to find the correct invoice number form the email description which is very hectic for human to find invoice number from the email after every interval of time manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is designed for Windows. It will be better if we can access in the Mac as well.I would rate Automation Anywhere at nine out of ten. There's always room for improvement and, of course, we would want cheaper licenses and would want them to add even more things that we haven't thought about to their product. Still, we're really happy with the software provider that we're using.

I emphatically prescribe Automation Anywhere tool since it is having IQ bot, it has intellectual vision bot which can examine unstructured information, concealed information and dark headers. It is additionally having a metabot which can dissect DLL's , adjust screens, inheritance applications. It contains different optionslike Add screens, Record screens and we can tweak window title. It doesn't require professional coding skills to work. Just a drag and drop functions and create a bot easily like anything
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no expression of aversion in Automation Anywhere. It is going right way. The recently refreshed adaptation AA-2019 included new bundles which opened entryways for clients to use different options. Each tool have its ace's and con's, yet as a decent sign I didn't discover any con in the Automation Anywhere in my season of utilization. So ,it is highly unlikely I can hate it.

We do the most part work with databases and the information to be recovered from tables. Automation Anywhere made it simple to us for associating source as database. 1.by using commands of of AA we can create a script easily with in a short period of time.

It is time tacking to find if and end if ,start loop and end loop lines in script if script is lengthy.

It is very easy to build logic in automation anywhere and 11.3 version is awesome to use

The best thing that I like in automation anywhere is (1) It doesn't need any programming knowledge (2) It also eliminates human efforts as everything is done automatically (3) this also increases traction speed (4) saves a lot of human effort and time in rapidly automates complex and complicated tasks.(5) with aa enterprise we don't have to worry about safety of our information. It is backed with top-notch security protocols which assure you across multiple locations. (6) AA enterprise takes pride in its state of the art analytics and reports allow users to control and monitor the performance of their RPA bots. (7)This helps in providing insights and recommendations as to which areas of the bussiness and improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few that I dislike in automation anywhere those are (1) program is difficult to understand when the code is large (2)Automation Anywhere's license is very expensive, its difficult to afford for everyone.(3)There should be separation or some differences in syntax as it will be hard for any beginner to understand the code. (4) Debugging system is not so effective in automation anywhere as debugging is required for any developer at some point of time so I feel debugging concept can be improved a bit more.

One of the feature that we have used in action in workbench is object cloning. We find that very reliable and very useful for implementing different business processes. Also, we are able to extract a huge amount of data from a database within seconds. And store them separate csv files. We can extract tables,pdf's and many using simple drag and drop commands. I have realized that using automation anywhere we can get the data very easily and effectively it decreases human effort and bot performs every task very effectively.

It is very good to use. I would definitely recommend to go for Automation Anywhere as a lot of great features are built together in the development of automation anywhere enterprise, but it is still a simple application that users, eeven those without proper IT training can easily use. It is user-friendly software that helps increase productivity and seed up operations in the workplace. Its stable functionalities, enterprise security and comprehensive feature set always recommends that users to use automation anywhere forever.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been learning this RPA technology in my free time since 3 months when my colleague had suggested me to learn and expand my knowledge.Using this Automation Anywhere has got many advantages.I started working on all the recorders,PDF integration and Excel which have become easy.All these drag and drop commands are flawless which helps in doing the tasks hands on.This tool helps for the Processes which is included with more complexity and large automating code. I now started learning Email automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inconsistency with the Object cloning commands that when an image is captured some of the properties need to changed. Error handling with the pop up has been one of the drawback where a hangs up and does need a human interaction which can be improved using a Time out facility for the error handling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Worked on PDF to excel integration.Web recorder to retrieve the data and copy to an excel file.

It is very useful in automating tasks that are highly complex.Effortless for everyone in learning and understanding.
