What do you like best about the product?
Simplifying your most complex, document-intensive business processes with RPA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited knowledge on Discovery Bot which is built on the same cloud-native architecture for large-scale, quick deployments and offers the same unique ease-of-use to help your customers accelerate their automation efforts, from process discovery to bot creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital transformation has changed the way customers and employees work and what they expect from their work. Intelligent automation has helped us meet the new demands and accelerated our transformation effort.

Automation Anywhere - A tool to rely upon.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere comes with a lot of preloaded activities or actions . Especially with the Automation Anywhere A2019 edition which is cloud based it is easy to use . Because control room and studio is at one place so it is very easy to manage .
I had loved the feature of screen recording where its very easy to capture objects and screen and make a process within minutes.
The only RPA tool to have master "intelligence" with IQBots
I like the trainings before any certification which are really helpful as they give hands-on and theory explanations well which help us to clear certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I didn't like about Automation Anywhere is the limitation to write pseudo code ..like there is a functionality in UI Path which helps the developer to write custom codes. Also in the Enterprise edition there are less variable types . Also in enterprise edition of on premise one there is no search box for the users to search the actions or activities.
I think the certification should not be charged ..or it should be charged less area wise . for example I am from India so for me 50-60$ will be around 8000-9000 Rupees which is a huge amount .
Error handling being able to run a task with variables
Retries when error occurs
Else everything is fine .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I solved are :
Logging to an application
data extraction from a website
writing extracted data to excel
Chat bots
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well suited: Low or Medium complexity process.

Less appropriate: High complexity since for this, you will need an error-handling logic, which will work smoothly and work queues.

User friendly RPA tool

What do you like best about the product?
The new version of Automation Anywhere is more user friendly than the previous version 11. The packages are only loaded on demand, therefore reducing the memory overhead upfront.
What do you dislike about the product?
The community version of Automation Anywhere is not very stable in that it drops out and becomes unavailable on many occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normal day-to-day tasks with entering details into a CRM system, then populating Excel spreadsheets and performing some form of calculations and sending an email with the results to stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and backwards compatibility is there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging is not up to the mark. Sometimes you have to face the device connection issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the top-level business process we have solved using this tool.

Without being hesitation just give a try with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The readability and structure of both flow and list view makes a user enable to under the code properly and debug quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slow when it comes to excel.operation, i cannot use c# as well while using automation anywhere
Also i cannot use all html properties to identify or spy web elements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from process automation , the bigger benefit is process gets streamlined and also when it comes to reduce errors in process where complex calcution is included it reduces the errors
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Only if you are looking for long term RPA SOLUTIONS , if you are llooking for better and structured support for RPA , I RECOMMEND automation anywhere in that case

What do you like best about the product?
You can reduce the manual activity of doing the application health check multiple times in a day which saves your productivity and time. The tool can do this for you at any scheduled time and any number of times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any thing which I can do as a dislike for Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are resolving problems which requires monotonous manual efforts and that too in different times with zero human error. So, any monotonous work that requires less human intervention and monitoring.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely recommend this tool for the ease of use and user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides the best user friendly UI and interface. Coding in the tool is really fast and anyone with little to zero programming knowledge can also create a bot to automate a process. Using the tool of Automation Anywhere we can automate web based and windows process really easily. It is time saving and provides a lot of traction. It is very cost effective and can be scaled out on a very large scale without any problem. It provides the best in class IQBots to automate PDF and Image documents. The best bits of Automation Anywhere lies in the security aspects of it. We dont have to worry about the security of our company information while using Automation Anywhere. Also one of the best strengths of Automation Anywhere is Metabots which are very efficient in reading the web content. It can run scheduled tasks anytime by using powerful task scheduling, which can run even if the computer is locked and easily manage automated processes across a single machine or multiple machines. Lastly the feature I found which was really great is drag and drop which can do 500+ commands so no need to type the code again and again.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such there is nothing which I dislike but there may be some areas which can be improved for a better experience. The integration with APIs can be improved and sometimes the OCR can be a little annoying as it doesnot work as expected and has limited usability. CR management is another area which can take a little bit of improvement. Debugging the code is often exhausting on the developer as I have to continuously go to use error handling and message box to map errors so the debugging part can take some overhaul. Lastly I had some problems is getting set up with virtualized environments using Automation Anywhere so it would be better if thats improved in the upcoming versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used automation anywhere in SAP to automate mail monitoring and separating date in various csv files to automatically send them to different receivers at the same time with almost 100% accuracy. I also used it for automating report creation in citrix, monitoring the health of various systems and alerting the required teams by automated mails. I am also using it for automating invoice submission for web based and desktop applications . I have also created some bots to automate and ease my day to day mundane tasks so I can have my full attention to my work.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently worked on a smart capture invoice payment solution. It involved OCR data extraction, web recording for data entry and email automation. Automation Anywhere RPA provided a ready-made platform with easy accessibility via search and seamless integration with business process management solution. I recommend AA RPA to every enterprise seeking to automate its rule-based, repetitive tasks while reducing cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not experienced any downside, if something does not work, I probably haven't really learnt how to do it, all I have to do is search online or connect with Automation Anywhere Community people, who are always willing to help.
