I have used automation anywhere for automating many processes which i wanted to automate.
What do you like best about the product?
Its a very easy tool to automate the process which require lots of manual task and the tasks which are repetitive .
automation anywhere also provides very easy user interface and one can easliy use the activities provided by the automation anywhere .
automation anywhere provides excel automation ,which is very usefull to automate excel process in an easy way .
Pdf automation is also done with automation anywhere .
we can also do citrix automation using automation anywhere tool.

User Interface is not that good .

I have worked using automtion anywhere to read a text from pdf and then sav ethat pdf in an different folder .
i have also used automation anywhere to work on excel where i had to use many data manupulations and save that data in final excel.

The simplicity of the application and tool available in automation anywhere which makes the work awesome and simple to use.
The drag and drop tool makes its simple specially using A2019 which has numerous commands and actions.
The work done with the tool is way much better and easy to understand
The Automation has benefit of releasing FTE which means it wont be requiring people to work the task which takes lots of time and leaves no time for others to enjoy
It encourages the people to keep on learning as there are ocean of action which merges the sql, python and many more tools

With A2019, the tools should give space for other actions.
The loop commands are little tricky for use for the beginners
The client disconnect every 30 seconds when using community version so sometimes its frustrating to use.
Once the tool is used in VDI it keeps on freezing

Working on service now,making the repetitive work to be done in few seconds

License is expensive, apart from this I like Automation Anywhere.

Grocery shop cheque deposits system.
Process : The Cheque which was deposits by the customer to Grocery shop. The validation of Cheque, making payment and other thing.
By this RPA process, timing get reduce drastically.

The most helpful thing was we can use Automation Anywhere literally anywhere and everywhere in our day-to-day life.
The upside is that we don't have to waste our time doing a task repeatedly instead the Bot can do it for us.

Setting up of the Bot is a bit time consuming according to me. The downside would be the time taken to setup the Bot operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Automation Anywhere I am now able to reply to my Mails without actually thinking of what would be my reply. The bot can automatically do it for me.

Automating the financial reports for client team. We have huge list of vendor onboarding, Daily financial reports for the products sold, Resources onboarding, Roll Off list. All of this activity related to manual work has been successful automated and a lot of time has been save to concentrate on other creative work...!!!!

The things that I dislike about AA is that the license cost is huge and they doesn't have any academy or proper structured blogs to go through and learn. The debugging is a bit tricky and it is not very elegant.

We are using Automation Anywhere to deploy bots in each section which is really helpful as it is taking care of the basic support and helps people in solving there queries.
