We built an Automatic Interview Bot, which automates the hiring process, from Resume shortlisting to conducting interviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere always tries to build useful and advanced software products that can can help us in reducing risks in digital tasks of our projects. It helps us in business related problems in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we can neglect minory problems of RPA. Because, it has huge benefits like scalability and compatibility, best customer experience etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using RPA, we create a software robot for our software project where the robot is used for navigation purpose to every nook and corner of our project and website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this to all software companies who wish use it for software robot purpose.

the learning path provided by the automation anywhere and the stimulation tests in between are the best part of this.

the interface and the slides load very slow during the learning

I used AA to automate web based applications and the most advantageous thing is having dom path variablized
Minimal cost and rick in component tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of drag and drop with Cloud portal access. with cloud we dont have to access the code from a single machine. This helps in ease to move code. We can review the code anywhere without any extra software to install.
However to run the code we will need the runner to be connected with the cloud to run it.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are lot of bugs in terms of feature in the feature set. I have been using AA19 since past 5 months and see lot of issues with the feature set like AiSense. Recorder is the major part of any automation tool, where this lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More over on the Finance side, invoice processing, stock reconciliation, order placement.
We are more concentrating on the finance part of the automation as thats where huge vallue of revenue come from and is posted to.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Support is most important for the a tool, and AA is good in that, they provide timely support and try to solve all the issues which are raised by the user.
On feature set the tool is filled with feature set, bot cognitive and Ui automation, both are possible with this.
On control room: you have a designated control room which comes with developer and runner
Overall AA 19 is a goof tool to go with

The services they provide and the automation University which simplify the teachings related to automation

Nothing to say on this but please make short courses and workshops related to automation.

I use email and web crawling automation mostly and also use other automations.

It has many features best ones are its very secure as it is encrypted and easy scale-ability on cloud and VMs.

How about if we could increase the accuracy for reading hand written documents.

Reading Invoices, reading portals mails and managing data in one single destination form 'n' number of sources.
A2019 Next level of RPA
What do you like best about the product?
A2019 which is next level of RPA tool. One can develop the process across all platforms & can connect from any where with out any infrastructural setup. Giving tool as a service makes the organization less worry about the infrastructural maintainence and focus more on the process developments and deployments.
What do you dislike about the product?
v11 vs A2019 which is complete changeover of the architecture where organizations think before migrating. People might opt for other competitive tools which won't let this changeover happen example UIPath or Blueprism.
Development wise, developers has to adapt this change while developing a process in web environment.
Automation Anywhere has to take care of uniform level of architectural approach while releasing new versions which won't bother the organizations for migration

Day to Day mundane works within the organization are accomplished with this tool. As service based organization, to provide next level of RPA product to client we include AI which can adopt according to the time giving less maintainence in long run. We accept challenges and provides the RPA services within time

Every RPA developer has to be familiar with popular tools in market being A2019 as one of it. One can learn easily and develop the process. one who is familiar with v11 also has to focus on A2019 as it has different GUI. Any organization who is freshly looking for RPA implementation, I suggest A2019 as one of the tool to approach.
In current world, most of the organization work on linux, In order to implement RPA, they don't need to worry for the windows/remote servers.

Best Automation Software and My experience with AA
What do you like best about the product?
AUTOMATION ANYWHERE- which is the best Robotic Process Automation Software which I have used and learnt within a month. It's easy to learn and understand and very fast to automate our repetitive tasks which are automatically done by the software. So making the tedious tasks into easy tasks can done by AUTOMATION ANYWHERE.
What do you dislike about the product?
AUTOMATION ANYWHERE is having good features and only thing I disliked is it's cost but compared to other RPA tools, it was lot better. And it's certification exam is little bit tougher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to give replies to the business emails and not needed to reply by any individual. We can keep queue and scheduling tasks according to our requirements. Prioritising tasks and projects that need to type or converting documents into other formats.

For the firms those looking for automating daily tasks like email handling, files handling and collecting data.
