Most Accessible RPA Tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
I Like the Automation Anywhere because has many features that really helped me to complete my mundane and repetitive task. Automation Anywhere has the features for Image recognition and also OCR technology which can read the data from the image. One of the most amazing feature is IQ Bot which helps for automating unstructured data. Also in Automation Anywhere, it can read the PDF Images. Meta Bots is the another amazed one which can also be used for complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no Meta Bots features enabled in trial version so that the learner can not understand it without hands on experience. Also sometimes Automation Anywhere does not support Chrome. Otherwise great experience to using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have done PDF automation, Excel automation and web automation and it has really helped me lot to automate the complex process and also reduce my complex and mundane task. Such a great tool with amazing features.

primary dislike is employee may loss their jobs and especially lower middle people get affected from this automation.

duplication of work can be solved very easily and frequently which can save time and ultimately reaches the company profit.

yes i will recommend automation to all the service providing company and factory because it can maintain worker, employees report and record data.

What do you like best about the product?
1)You can trigger the process from any hand held device on any system with some prerequisite software installed on that system. It has reduced the manual effort for repetitive task which earlier used to take lot of productive hours in terms of resource and time both.
2)Automation Anywhere Control Room is the best tool which I used for processing my bots, which helped me Schedule by bots, Control Room repository helped to manage my bots properly and the Bot Store feature of Control Room integrates my bots directly with the Bot Store of Automation Anywhere which is also very much helpful.
3)Operation room which always helps me view my bots process, where I can Stop or Pause my running bots and completely manage my end to end process of my bots.

1)We have to install prerequisite software on the system for cloud based automation.
2)Scheduling features is really very good, but some times weekly schedule keeps missing from my Dashboard and does not fires, which sometimes is very hectic to manage

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is surely a tool on which I can rely when it come to creating bots and motoring the jobs in automation world. The tutorials are very easy and co-friendly to learn and implement. The best thing comes with the latest update with which you can monitor all your bots with your smartphone as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such to dislike about the tool but I would like to highlight the fact that migration from one tool which has already made place in your project which has been coded end-to-end in a framework structure will be time consumption and will need resource hours but at the end all is for a better automation environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We as a team have implemented Automation Anywhere to get some of the tedious jobs to be done in our client project. The fact that it will trigger an email to all the recipients upon completion of jobs or for any failures has helped the team to minimize the wastage of resource hours and clients billing hours.

The only thing I would like to all the people who are considering to use or implement Automation Anywhere in their project is to give a try to this tool. It will definitely help you to automate some of the repetitive or pre-defined work available with the tool. Creating and running bot overnight is very easy and useful. The ease with which one can monitor their jobs via smartphone is again a handy feature which is a must to go with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I love whole features of Automation Anywhere - especially the feature which is Web Recorder and Object cloning and PDF extraction. These features are awesome to fulfill the customer needs and get the perfect output in quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, there are no more dislike in Automation Anywhere - Unfortunately, I felt only one feature which might not useful is Play Sound feature because if task fails it will close automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time, I will be dealing with Automation Anywhere SAP Integration and PDF integration command which helps me to fulfill the quality of extracting the required data.

IQ Bot is not available easily to learn and work. If community edition not get disabled within certain time then its best platform to learn the automation.

SAP automation, UI automation, PDF automation, Excel automation are solved with automation anywhere. Excel as database concept makes more faster as compare to other tool. Metabot is the best bot creator for SAP and Authorized sites.

abby tool or any other OCR tool made available then scanned pdf reading is easy. If we integrate AI tool then Artificial inteligence got recovered in AA.

Automation Anywhere is very easy to use and understand. The development time is less as compare to other RPA tools. It is very popular in market and support is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every new release coming up with fixes in previous release and with lots of enhanced features. In latest version didn't find any issue and it is working fine. Improvement in OCR is always helpful for future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All rule based task are automated easily and save time. That effort can be used in doing some other valuable work. Very much useful in excel operations and SAP automations.
