What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to be very easy but you have to be careful on the processes definition and the AA commands to used to automate. Expertise is relevant.
Not liking the coexisting of 2 different versions that are not linked between them. I think AA should take a desition and if the right version is A2019, set a plan to move all the v11.3 client to the new software.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA is mostly used on Finance, specifically on the Accounting department.

Try to understand the RPA processes requirements.
Go through this with an AA partner. It seems to be very easy but is isnt. Anyway, there some tips and tricks to make the road easier.

It's a good RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's a easy to use tool. The new object cloning technologies are more reliable and allows better automation, specially in webpages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have little improves such as discriminating how many lines you selected in the code lines, or you could be able to configure the most used tools on the left panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently automating Suppliers registration which is a very repetitive task. Besides saving many work hours, I'm saving my colleagues from a very tedious work.

I like the part of automatic process in submitting the jobs in oracle.

I don’t find any dislikes as of now in aa.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best thing is User-Friendly Automation Anywhere Client. Any non-technical person also can start to learn the AA anywhere easily. Implementation of components and their ease of use to do the process automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to understand the coordination feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an automated Health Monitoring Process using AA.

1) The Ease of development: The non window based and command based approach makes it easier for developers to pick up the software and start development.
2) The cloud based automation: The new innovative cloud based automation, allows people to login from anywhere and develop code.
3) Python and other scripting language support: AA now supports scripting from other programing languages.
4) Support from the support team: The support team from AA is very supportive and always provide help.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) The UI : Very unimaginative UI that does not show the required information. The buttons sometimes do not click properly, and the tabs are difficult to navigate sometimes. Not too much of an issue as most software in the current industry are like this.
2) The lack of native application automation support: AA does not support a lot of native Microsoft applications, which is bad as a majority of automations are done on Microsoft applications. It does come with metabot, a DLL based method of automating applications and websites.

What do you like best about the product?
To begin with it has a great RPA tool which possess cognitive ability also Automation anywhere provides an easy transformation from VBA for much needed automation. Its a easy to use as well as a user friendly tool.

We can say that it does have some limitation when it comes to Microsoft Office, or may be with complex automation

It works as expected and it simple to use but sometimes it requires some adjustments to be made which cause delays etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Community version expires soon, so can't be able to practice the tool if i didn't have licence version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked on various use cases which are live in the production. Automation anywhere provides good dashboard to see all BOT's execution. I have worked with various accounts and POC's. I must say, It is most accurate and stable tool.

I like how the activities list is very intuitive to use, it makes it easy to understand the logic flow when automating processes
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the User Interface within the workbench can be a little but confusing to understand. Since once you drag an activity into the workbench and specify it's properties it shows up as a large wall of text that can be overwhelming to look at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past I have had some issues with the OCR engine not recognizing text as accurately as I would have like it to. While I haven't had to personally use them, I do think that the meta bots feature is handy and will become part of the future by utilizing AI and data sets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is a novel piece of software that when implemented correctly can be a valuable asset in automating simple and some complex repeatable business processes.

RPA is the best solution for automating any repetitive tasks that covers 60-70 % of any organization day's work. Among all RPA tools, Automation Anywhere is the most preferred one and easy to develop. Unlike all other tools, it provides all features that needs to automate an entire process. Most important is the latest version of automation anywhere (a2019) is collaborated with most advanced features which are not available in current versions (11.x)

It would be great helpful if Automation Anywhere tool can suggest some tips while scripting.
Example: If we select any IF condition (Post scripting - for debugging), complete script within that IF condition should be highlighted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am developing BOTs for one of my clients who works on VISA processes. Currently all types of visa applications (New, Renewal & Cancel) are submitting to Tasheel manually which needs lot of human efforts, paper work, customer's time. Instead we planned to develop an online application where customers can login to the portal and update required information about VISA application.
My BOT will trigger once payment is done from customer and it will capture all the necessary information from portal and based on type of application, it will submit to Tasheel and provide the approval document to customer via email and as an attachment in portal.
This complete process is going to save around 10-15 FTE to my client.

My Recommendation is
RPA is an excellent process and is very good for those who are eagerly waiting to develop something in short time and to see their output in an effective manner. Automation Anywhere is a tool in RPA which will leverage any developer to develop any process in very less time (compared to other tools) with more robust in nature.

This version is much more beneficial for both clients & developers.
Clients - Easy to deployment, no need of much infrastructure problems and can run the bots whenever and whatever the system is available.
Developer - Having more features and can develop more easily and cover most of the steps in less time
