What do you like best about the product?
This is a good software, i like too much the easy way how we can find the components in the tools panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is difficult to make some things, we should have more tools about time and dates.

User Friendly, Easy to learn RPA Tool..Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the best RPA tool in the market. This tool has worked beyond my expectation. It has automated many repetitive and time consuming task and made me available complete my task on time. AA is very User friendly. One of the Best thing in AA is Meta Bot where citrix environment can be handled easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
So chrome browser plugins sometimes unable to fixed. Tesseract and Inbuilt OCR engine is not much as effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising Excel Data sheet and PDF validation i have automated. This process has reduces the manual labor task which was the time consuming as well. AA has saved the time and reduce that time taken process.

AA is very awesome to automate the daily or repetitive task. It help us to reduce the human effort and also the saves time, I would like to suggest to try at least once then you'll get to know the amazing features and benefits of this tool

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the great RPA tool now these days in the market. You can simply use AA in Drag and Drop function. This tool has reduce the human effort and increase the rate of accuracy. AA has great recording features which can record and capture screen to automated repetitive and mundane task. On the other side scheduling of bots feature really helpful to reduce the manual intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not found any dislike and limitation with this tool as per my work requirements. I am very grateful to work on this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was various repetitive process which was supposed to be done daily or monthly now can easily automate with the help of Automation Anywhere. I have worked on PDF extraction, excel data automation. And it has made this process easy and reduce the manual task.

If you want to reduce the repetitive and mundane task then you can go with this tool. Also AA is easy to learn as we can learn this online. It does not require coding to work on it so even if you are from non tech. background you can learn this.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has very user friendly interface. This tool is easy learn and use. With the help of Automation Anywhere Bot scheduling and trigger is became easier. With the use of AA we can be able to create different types of Bots like IQ Bot and Meta Bot and also we can schedule the Bots using the control room. This tool has very good feature of Image recognition.
What do you dislike about the product?
AA made my process very simpler, yes but there is few points that i dislike about AA is that work queue management and handling could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA Helped me to automated web based application and excel automation. This tool made my process easy and enhance the overall work productivity with efficiency

Automation Anywhere - A Magical RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tool is simple to learn and understand and provides a variety of features to automate repetitive manual tasks. Its drag and drop is very attractive for non technical end users to understand and use it.Distributed Architecture of tool is also very easy to understand and simple for new bees.
Meta Bot is very useful in terms of building reusable components which can implemented in different bot instead of rewriting the code.
IQ BOT is wonderful option to automate PDFs as it validates PDF with high accuracy in less time.
Work load management which allows to divide our tasks in to chunks on different Virtual Machines. This is the best time utilization.

IQ Bot is not available for practice purpose hence people are not able to see wonderful features without licensed version.
Some repetitive menus are there on Control rooms which are not easily understandable.

Data import and export activities from web pages, Report generation, Pension remuneration calculations using AA BOT, PDF scanning to get desired texts, mainframe system automation, excel automation. Time recording reminders are send using AA BOT to all employees weekly, Invoice generation for all users using swisscom data, Joint sanctions screening process, Salary scale download from open URL and storing at share point for use.
SAP and unauthorized applications can also be automated using Meta bot.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is the first tool i have for process automation.
Web Recorder, OCR, Object Cloning are some of the best commands i have used in Automation Anywhere. This tool is user friendly and very easy to learn and develop business processes. Application integration is one of the best feature i like in automation anywhere as it is very easy to integrate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Image Recognition is not reliable in many places so we have to find alternate solution for it. And in many cases finding alternate solution is very tough in terms of excel sheet. for example is i want to use object cloning on excel sheet which not possible so need to find alternate solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation manual processes like reports, business processes, web applications, third party application integration, different operations on excel sheet, PDF integration, SAP integration.

It is very good and user friendly tool. i would prefer this tool for the different types of business processes to be automated. i have also heard of ISpace Tool but Automation Anywhere is much better in comparison to it.

There are very less as such functions or things to dislike in Automation Anywhere which are:
1) The cost of automation anywhere is quite high which becomes a let down for small companies to opt for it.
2)Not an open source platform.
3) Forum is not so responsive
4)Not compatible with selenium IDE which is a disappointment
5)Only C# language compatible, need to be with visual basic too.
6) Can only automate tasks in Windows OS and not Mac OS.
7)No flowchart creation option.
8)It has complex user interface compared to other RPA tools.

Automation anywhere is been used by me to solve the issue of emails sorting and downloading attachments. It helps me do it with ease and also the time taken for the same is reduced to half the time required when done with human intervention.

It is a very good tool for beginners as well as proffesionals. The ease it provides for creating tasks is the best feature to look after for. The dissapointments are less and pros are more.

What do you like best about the product?
web recorder, Object cloning, OCR these are few commands I like the most.
I like IQ for capture the unstructured data.
I used meta bot for SAP automation ,in Meta bots I have called the DLLS.
I have been using window Actions, if/else commands, Email Automation Commands in Project.

Image recognition Command is not reliable as Compare to OCR and object cloning .
So most of the time I am using Object cloning and Manage web control.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is using Automation Anywhere to handle repetitive tasks, for example processing the internet bills or food bills which are submitted by the employees to get reimbursements. These tasks used to consume approximately 3 hrs every day. Now, after implementing Automation Anywhere Robots, we are able to perform these tasks in less than 30 mins. This is being used by a process right now, and the plan is to deploy globally across different departments. Automation Anywhere saves FTE time from doing repetitive tasks, plus it is highly accurate in terms of doing complex repetitive tasks.

It is a very user friendly tool and anybody can easily lean this tool, there is no programing language required for this tool. we can Automate Excel, PDF,WEB,SAP etc.
