Amazing software to automate your life
What do you like best about the product?
Tool is very user friendly. Contains vast majority of commands and make heavy work also very simple.
It has exhaustive coverage of various options/actions that could be needed. It's UI is also very user friendly.

Nothing, it's great and UI is also nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many manual works in which we have to spend hours dialy/weekly and have to maintain lots of spreadsheets, templates, now with the help of Automation anywhere they have become very easy and less time taking.
Now it's fun to work on automation anywhere and couldn't imagine where we would be without this software.

If you want to do your daily tasks in a simple way, or if you are bored doing the same task again and again, Go for Automation anywhere and see the fun.

What do you like best about the product?
In newer version of automation anywhere a2019 there are so many new features which is been implemented to make the bot more robust. many new features were added in a2019.

Some of the issue in a2019 are as follows:

the automation anywhere enhanced its progmatic skills notonly on premises but it also in cloud environment and its emerged to the artificial intelligence feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
few of the sub commands which we are not comfortable because of its least use i.e terminal emulator,app integration and xml commands.some of the few commands are there but thats not come into picture to be used with the organisation.Sometimes the object cloning is not that much feasible to be used with the portal

our organisation needs mostly the excel automation, web automation and sap automation and the datafbase one of the account related project,the metabot feature of a11 version and the email automation which has extended feature for outlook and excel basic and excel advanced package in a2019 comes into the picture,Everything in a2019 has exgarrated into different packages and the excel advanced package has more then 50 subcommands and excel basic package makes us understand for the wheather the file is in excel format is opened or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As the automation anywhere not only enhanced the premise model but also in the cloud and it supported the scripting of python and rest webservices for the artificial intelligence and for recording any portal with the AARI and universal recorder and for the invoice extraction means wheather its structure or unstructured purpose having the iqbot support feature.
Automation Anywhere is a good RPA tool to provide solution for rule based tasks.

Exception handling for business not upto mark.

ERP based automation very well compare to other RPA tools. AA is best for Excel related operations.

Accounting and finance business sector can use widely.
It has been great the technology is very easy to use and teach to clients.
What do you like best about the product?
Processes can be easily automated. POC's are rapidly created. The technology is realy put together well with A2019 having a great UI.

The scheduling options needs a do not run on public holidays currently use python scripting to achieve this but do thing it needs this function.

We have done multiple clients from retail to trading. And all have been impressed with A2019 thus far.

If you are having issues with setup do not feel shy to ask for assistance from support, as they will get back to you and guide you through it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface most and the commands and associated packages, above all the easy-to-use cloud-based version, which is most preferred nowadays.
we can import the customized packages as per the need.

We can't copy all the taskbots from one folder to another in the control room, which is difficult when backup is required and Variable mapping is not proper in v2019
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
L1 and L2 support processes, SAP, Excel, PDF, Email, Browser, Incident Creation and Incident Monitoring, Desktop Applications and all the rule-based processes are being automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have everything that we are looking for process automation and features and flexibility introduced in A2019 is too good but I would suggest adding some extra features to the way we copy task bots, edit and map them.
I have around 5 years experience using Automation Anywhere and developed good No. of Bots .

RPA AA is straight forward and simple to use with good compnents.

More robostic control room facility to be provided. Framework is not flexible.

Developed lots of BOT based on business requirement for various clients and ROI and clinet satisfaction is good and maintenance and training the people is easy.

Automation Anywhere has a user friendly interface where you can drag and drop commands based on your business processes you need to automate.I love the inclusion of drag-and - drop functionality so that the developer can concentrate more on grammar than syntax.It does save lot of time for the team and gets the job done which can be performed by bots.

Automation Anywhere Enterprise RPA Platform was hard to customize.
