What do you like best about the product?
DUE TO AUTOMATION WORKS GET EASILY DONE IN LESS TIME. SAVING OF TIME ULTIMATELY LEADS TO REACH TOWARDS COMPANY GOALS AND PROFITS EASILY.

WORKERS OR ASSOCIATE OFTEN LOSS THE JOB BECAUSE OF AUTOMATION, THIS IS MAJOR BACKDROP FOR THE WORKERS AND THIS WILL ESPECIALLY IMPACT LOWER MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems which can be solved like the efficiency cost, employees will be less needed to do the work. Duplication of work gets resolved for example data entry works.

Nothing specifically.. but as machine tends to have malfunctions this might also have some glitches.

I am saving a lot of time by using automation anywhere... and my day to day life is going with an ease by the help of AA(Automation Anywhere)

Automation Anywhere is one of the widely used RPA tools there are many commands in the tool which we can just drag and drop to automate the process we can develop both attended and unattended bots.using the tool we can automate the Web and windows application there are many features to work on folders, files and FTP servers. we can Automate the different types of PDF documents and also we can use different types of OCR engines. Automation Anywhere is the best tool to work with the business process and improve the digital workforce we can also automate the Email and Excel task. using IQ bots we can automate the complex PDF manual task and we can create the Meta bots using the tool and control room is used to schedule the bots. the tool is very much developer-friendly and customer support is also very good whenever they launch the new feature they will provide the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working on the virtual machine is not reliable and tool working on Image automation is very difficult and results are not accurate while working with OCR engine. difficult to extract the data from Scanned PDF

Automation anywhere tool helped us in automating the daily repetitive,ruled based manual task, like daily Excel data reconciliation and tracking the Employee login details and fetching the data from the DB and updating the Hr and Payroll team with the login detail. due this we saved lots of manual effort and time

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool available. It is easy to implement and create RPA bots. Contrary to popular belief, you don't need any prior knowledge about RPA or programming to start. The interface is really nice and easy to get around. There are over 500 different commands at your disposal that you can use to create bots to automate various different tasks on both web and desktop applications. The cost is affordable and there is zero downtime. The customer support are very fast in their replies and also quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Automation Anywhere. It's a good RPA software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to implement RPA on our systems to carry out tasks that required too much time and effort from out staff and to reduce our work load. Through Automation Anywhere, we've been able to take some pressure off and create bots that could automate these tasks such as creating our weekly reports using our database, attaching these reports in emails and sending them, adding and reading data from Excel files, converting Excel to PDF for upload, etc.

I definitely recommend Automation Anywhere. This software is helpful to both small and large scale businesses alike. It can definitely help you save money and increase productivity since simple tasks can get designated to bots while the workers can shift their focus to other things.
