What do you like best about the product?
It works on unstructured data, which helps me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have faced a little bit of problem to understand its interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working on invoices they were indifferent format, but after using its task bot and IQ bot, my works become easy. It was really beneficial to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, I will recommend because it saves time and prevents human error.
2019 Community edition could be better
What do you like best about the product?
I am really glad that I am learning Automation Anywhere to build up my skill, AA has been significant in RPA industry and its very easy to use. I like the user interface and the overall experience, its easier to change the code and look at the flow of the bot, I especially like the Dual view of the bot. This version is new and looking forward to work with more ease on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please bring back the recorders from the previous editions. I feel like using a recorder is hassle, I was trying to build a basic bot on both 2019 edition and desktop client Version 11.3.1. It is very simple to build it in 11.3.1 than 2019 cloud edition. over all aesthetics of cloud version is better, I have to still explore more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am student at UTD and I am learning RPA as part of my curriculum, I am currently learningInvoice processing, user registration, scraping tabular data from websites and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me to automate the work process and save time on repeating jobs. Without it, I will be doing the same old routine over and over daily. Definitely worth using RPA!! Can even search online for examples to guide you when required. Good platform for learning automation and using it directly into our daily life activities. Anyone can learn to use automation easily with the guides provided online. Do not need coding to work, can use drag and drop function which helps a lot of people without coding knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to complain about. Love using this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently working on how to automate the excel sheet process to calculate figures using automation, so that i do not have to keep doing the same process everyday. Only require one click on run and the process is done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go online and search for all the different examples to get yourself started with RPA. It definitely worth your time to give it a try. I would recommend others to try assessment provided online too, it will help with your task required. Can also consider asking the help desk if you face any problems that cant be solve. Otherwise, google for solutions related to RPA. Apart from buying the software, you can also try the free download community version for a head start. Practice a few time and you will get a hook of it. Start Now !!

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to automate process and the support for the team in Mexico and Colombia its the best, also when you need to do something quickly you always take advantage from the botstore, in the development of a Poc with ocr I use a bot that connect Abby directly and I save around 2 of 3 days of work
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the methodology of implementation, but I know that AA still working on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my diary work I developed some PoC, also the clients are very satisfied with the solution and the capacities from iqbot

How each functionality is so easy to use and self-explained. A non-technical person can easily understand and learn the tool quickly and adapt in their day to day activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging the metabot gets very challenging. If something is wrong in the metabot, I usually use message boxes in each line to figure out the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mundane tasks are automated which have benefited the client resulting in being more productive and increased performance. Using OCR has elevated the performance. Automation anywhere's capability of integrating with other tools like Hyperscience, Azure etc is an added advantage.

It is a easy to use tool, once developed the business can easily maintain it.

What do you like best about the product?
The data extraction is just awesome, Even when it filters and extracts the data from pdf, It provides so much relief. We had lot of issues in extracting data and this made easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. OC incompatibility and has limited usability.
2. The extended trial version which I would love to have. we have 30 days program with limited training videos.

Good Product, But lacking some accessability
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate almost everything. It also feels like im using .Net in the way it runs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can't Find and Replace all variables in the file. I have also not been able to find a way to to find an object on a screen with Object Cloning that is a relative position to another given element.

Many Tedious tasks that we previously done by people have now been automated. Freeing up their time to do more important tastks

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a user-friendly tool and is easy to grasp (especially if you come from an automation background); yet very powerful at the same time. It comes with many inbuilt functions and operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Automation Anywhere training courses are quite lengthy and repetitive. It requires a lot of concentration and focus.

We were able to develop bots for SAP transactions and use these to complete a business process.
