What do you like best about the product?
Automation in real life industry topic is very nice. Great tool to measure performance of your bots and quickly fix operational issue. excellent to manage rpa tasks on the go. To automate any kind of processor application with robotic process automation we need not write any lengthy codes. sometimes it can be done with the help of very limited code.
What do you dislike about the product?
practical examples are less if add more real examples it will be nice. can't start or stop bots despite everything being connected and bot status populates randomly. things which I didn't like is the volatile behavior of the bot, it affects the overall performance of the bot. Few examples change in the flow or sudden stoppage of bot. Multi language support is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
using automation anywhere we are trying now small automations in our real work. The product has very limited ability to automate mainframe application abs MS office features, our process automation is severely set back specially on the I series of IBM applications and MS Excel. the problem that I was facing was the same operations we were implementing for multiple objects which were then replaced by a bulk operation that bot can perform.

those videos are enough to practice yourself. Trust me, go for this tool without any second thoughts. AA have a vey fast support feed back, comprehensive training session during the implementation, online training e social network place called AA people. The Automation Anywhere is very amazing and friendly tool. Great understanding of the tool and skillful knowledge on the logics and insights.

Accessing Control room by Web and mail automation need to have some more features like creating a folder, moving mails across folders in mail

The learning curve is significant for complex tasks. The programming interface has to be simplified or brought closer to scripting languages.

My requirement was to scrape data from a website and process it. I was able to do it effectively using Automation Anywhere.

Automation Anywhere struggles a lot while automating legacy technology websites. I strongly feel a feature has to be developed to overcome this downside.

Best RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I kick-off my RPA career from BluePrism, when I started working on Automation Anywhere, I forgot BluePrism because in BP we've some limited functionalities, and in the AA we have a lot of in-build functionalities and the problems that resolved for me after using Automation Anywhere were to easily understand the flow and do the operation without any difficulties, Automation Anywhere has collaborated with all the top services in market. It is the best Robotic Process Automation platform.

Need to improve the debugging system....

The problems that resolved for me after using Automation Anywhere were to easily understand the flow and do the operation without any difficulties

What do you like best about the product?
Good for business process automations as this is so structured. Cognitive capabilities are good with having Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning extensions possible. Additionally this is so secured when compared with other RPA tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is so process oriented, ease of useness is very challenging. This will make developer life so challenging. Also from customer standpoint there's no free forever community edition and it is so costly when compared with UiPath. Also collaborating with service companies is not happening when compared with other RPA vendors which needs to be focussed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any repeated activities are solved using automation anywhere. So far POC's were done and implemented only for few clients. Automation Anywhere is less in number when compared to UiPath as majority of clients are inclining towards UiPath.

Prefer Automation Anywhere if you want to have more secured RPA tool. Also now a days RPA's are coming with some of the AI capabilties. So with one RPA, you can cover your entire digital automation journey which is good for your organization.
