No time restrictions to the BOT !!
It really saves man hours, which leads to cost saving and a person can spend time on enhancements to the process, which will effectively results into overall growth !!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
ITs a very good tool for automation, does not need any programming language knowledge. But to perform some activities it may be required. basic knowledge of if/else, loop would do to create automation. In terms of GUI, newer version is easy to use, overlook look and feel of A2019 is nice.

Ease of learning, videos and information available to learn and implement
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing cost. This is a bottle neck in convincing to buy and use though once implemented the returns are high

Mostly the production support activities like auto resolution of service requests, incidents, metrics analysis, reporting

Object cloning command is amazing it helps you to get probertites of any object.

The new A2019 is not having option to disable only a single command like loop and if condition.

What do you like best about the product?
With the list of predefined commands, automation can be easily achieved by any functional tester either.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should have more feasibilities even with community version as licenses are cost effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a challenge of launching remote machine when my desktop is turned off, but with the help of Automation Anywhere, I have achieved it with ease and helped me in uninterrupted execution.

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing I like RPA via Automation Anywhere is complex things can be quite easily done and accurately. I have experienced better hands-on using Automation Anywhere compared to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought most of the human intervention can be automated using Automation anywhere there I came across a usecase where it supposed to login using CISCO Unfortunately AA could not help me there. Apart from this what ever my organization has put me upfront ,AA proved me its strength and ongoing raise in its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being into operations from quite long time, reporting and monitoring are tedious tasks which always remained us a challenge. Using Automation Anywhere, several tasks have been automated thus paved us a way to channelize the efforts savings some thing more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates which are available that makes the process more easier and the ease of collaboration with other members in the team. Keeping it aside the dashboard for bot analytics is also very useful for analyzing the performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used the OCR solutions because of some conflicts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have automated bots to deliver the invoices this has helped in seamless updating of our accounting records and prepares invoices and delivers it reducing human power and increased efficiency.

The pre built templates makes the process convenient. The best features is the ability to create automation models and the ability to record processes. You don't need to have solid technical background it is easy to create a bot

I've not faced any issue as of yet. So no problem.

we have automated the invoice creation and delivery process. It seamlessly updates our accounting records and delivers invoices from the right email accounts. Time is saved and human error is reduced in automating it.
