Robotic Process Automation Using Automation Anywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
As we are using the data entry processes in our organization and accounts operations on large scale Automation anywhere helps us very much by providing a very good user interface. We can schedule our bot as per our timings. For our credentials automation anywhere has a secure vault to store the credentials. Unattended and attended bots are very good option provided by Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times Bot stop working and it doesn't show the error to error log because in that step bot stuck. For a nontechnical person, it is very hard to understand the working of the Bot. Sometimes it puts the wrong figure in our software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are performing tasks in the office at night time without humans by scheduling tasks and it helps in reducing manual hours and manpower by which we are able to utilize our human resources very well. For data entry processes we are using Automation Anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At this time of age every organisation should use Automation Anywhere to save manpower and manual hours. For faster and accurate performance we should implement this tool in our organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. but the most important feature is that AA e can be deployed in any environment. It can protect all the architectures and control the processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not an open source software so the community and forums are hard to find, AA needs a bigger developer community . You need more programmin skills than advertised for AA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly command prompt tasks and email automation to send reports.

You need good programing skills, i recommend to get certified .

quick and practical tests, proper handling of the tool, easy handling practices from the start button to the end through each of the videos, it also offers you videos on another page

let everything be in English having Latin people who wish to work with the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
proofs of concept, initial practices of some page or tool, the page does not hang
Recommendations to others considering the product:
look for practical courses to gain more experience, which is a very practical tool, where you have an easy and fast robot, and the course also shows you a practical way to build a robot from the very basics, starting with setting up the beginning to setting up the final workflow. You can also find courses or exercises related to the tool on other pages.

What do you like best about the product?
1.By default, AA robot is making the web element in center to interact with.So, there is no need to scroll down to load bottom of the page.
2.Bot starts to interact with the element only after web page is loaded completely.
3.Having all the commands option under the category (along with its properties) makes very easier to develop.(In other tools, drag & drop for each command/activity.
4.Set of pre-tested bots which are ready to use are available in Bot Store.
5.Run the bot in specific line of the command.
6.Amazing Support help.

1. Difficult to find out the start & end of the loop.
2. Couldn't able to pass the session to sub-task files.(Excel/XML/Browser sessions)
3.During debugging, couldn't able to know the current value present in the variables. We can able to see only in Main.Atmx files but not in sub task files.
4.Facing issue - 'Zulu platform X86 architecture' services running in CR installed device which utilizes more CPU & memory of the device.

1.Using Run VB script command to get the Excel cell formula & excel commands are powerful.
2.Since there's no command & bots available in Bot Store, So, I have created custom MetaBot which deals with SharePoint related activities.

Intelligently Automating
What do you like best about the product?
I like the IQBOT feature of automation anywhere. The machine learning algorithms running behind it makes the process seamless and reduces the development time as well. Also, its ease to use helps Business Users to understand or even develop their own use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
AA doesn't provide direct PDF integration which more or less stops some amount of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly I try to solve Invoice Processing/Document Processing use cases using Automation Anywhere. IQBOT has come as an out of the box feature to support this use case and increase productivity as well as efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Maybe if AA works a little more towards intelligent or cognitive services, it would make great impact on process automation like for Resume Parsing, Sentence matching for automating entire HR process.
Still new to the tool, but like what I see so far

The UI is simple and intuitive. Bot development has plenty of in-built features to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole migration process of promoting the bot from one environment to next is tedious.

We are automating repetitive and mundane tasks that take up a lot of man-hours daily.

Try their free version, get acquainted before purchasing. The website is very resourceful.

The most likely part of Automation anywhere is OCR commands,

The cost for license is very high comparing to other tools. we cannot use this in small business area because of the high cost .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automation BPS(Business process outsourcing) project using the Automation anywhere most we are scrapping the data from one website and updating it to other website using DOMX path.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend if the cost of the Automation anywhere is need to be reduced then only the small business people use this tool to automate their business.

What do you like best about the product?
The New A2019 Automation Anywhere is Could bases Application ,that means we can operate anyplace and anywhere with username and password same like Gmail.And just to install an Robot Agent (2MB) and run easily.Dual View was present in A2019. Launch IQ BOT was awesome in Automation Anywhere. Easily to Connect other devices in My Device Panels. Maintain Credentials are easy compare to UIpath.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding some activities like Typing and clicking event and Still i not find event or activity to click on hided drop down. Guidance and awareness was not updated in forum and Google because it showing the older version videos and procedures.
Main thing Data Scrapping was not available in A2019 Automation Anywhere.
503 Service Temporarily Unavailable these types are errors getting frequently.(Now also getting the same 503 Error).
For Loading the dependencies is taking more time for every run.
Run time error was showing at line number but not mentioning the accurate problem of flow.
Maintenance was poor compare to UIpath......
