My Review -- Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere helps a lot for automating several business processes and daily repetitive tasks which helps several users for getting accurate results and high performance while compared to human.
What do you dislike about the product?
Identifying the Errors is little bit tough need to make a easy way for debugging the code
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After automating my process by using Automation Anywhere now we are getting more desired results and errors has been reduced and we got 3 to 4 hours grace period while the bot is performing the task .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As per my knowledge AA was most powerful Automation tool in RPA due to several inbuilt features and now it was integrated to cloud so we can access it from anywhere when required so the best tool for automating our processes. It has a feature like Bot insight in which we have all the details like the bots which already performed the task in daily basis. Need to get more improvement on DLL's .

There is nothing specific to dislike about AA

I'm using AA for data processing using Excel Sheets extracted from multiple systems.

It is suggested to consider from a process perspective while automating any process.

The assessments and trainings are equally good. Trainings relating with precise examples & usecases enhance the learning process.

There can be more examples of live usecases to assist us with our automation design.

Development is easy and robust. Easy to do job distribution from control room. Using meta bot and IQ bot we can automate SAP and ML processes.

Excel session understanding. Error handling can be improved greatly.

As we are all into the cloud these days, probably they are the only cloud-native RPA. It's easy to use due to a web-based performance and it also comes with AI. Which makes the automation work much faster than the others. This RPA also comes with bank-grade security which makes it a lot safer to use. And the support team is always there to help if you are stuck anywhere. This makes you feel that we are building the right automation.
The best part is the RPA allows automating batch jobs with out doing any coding. So anyone with the knowledge of the process can use this. And we also have 30 days free trail for us. Which helped us to decide whether to go for this product or not. The UI is great to work with. However, a dynamic UI would make this a much more smart.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is coming to mind is the documentation part. AA should provide more documents online. Also, I would like to see third party integration with less difficulty. A more nonvolatile bot will help us provide better results.

With AA RPA, we were able to get rid of doing repeated jobs every day. The bot takes care of doing it for us, which saved a huge amount of time for our developers and support staff.

The user interface is superb thus making this tool the best for beginners i n RPA stream.

The handwriting scan of IQBOT is not upto the mark & thus requires improvision

I have started with IQBOT for scanning hard copy invoices & creating the same into system.
For personal use, i have also created a bot using taskbot which will assist me shopping online for my desired product with the best features & cheapest cost

Simple Designing of complex Process in easy way.

Can't from flowchart in workbench IDE for SOP.

Comparing the complex data and verify the same. Search data on multiple sites. Warning Mails to user for the violation of Policy.

Automation anywhere is easy to use and can be learnt by even beginners to RPA in a really short amount of time. The ROI is great and analytics option provides business insights which were not possible earlier.

There is nothing much to dislike but they can work on improving the following things in the upcomming veriosn:
The citrix/VPC is either hit or miss and not all features work as expected.
There is no option to print the variables in most modules

The problem is the steep innovation curve which means a heavy learning and investment curve for developers and solutioneers. Keeping up is not easy.
The level 3 support is not always easy to access (albeit when accessed, the team are great).
