Best RAP Tool in the industry.
What do you like best about the product?
In AA 11.3.3, SAP GUI automation is the best option. Now we can automate SAP applications by using GUI automation, and 11.3.4 MFA is one of the new features. Queue is also one of the best functionalities in AA. Meta bot calibration will save time when comparing two screens if any modifications happen. IQ bot unstructured automation is good for sales documents, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is something like a loop where its closure is tricky to identify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are addressing manufacturing industry problems by using SAP SFDC and Oracle application automation, such as automating sales and purchase order documents in PDF and Excel-related automation.

What do you like best about the product?
In AA all features are good, it is simplifying day by day life, by using AA lots of manual work in all the sectors of IT industry are already automated successfully, in future will be AA bots.

as of now according to my experience i feel i don't have dislike about AA, but only thing it is having some limitations while working with some kind of Automation, but i hope this will also will solve soon by AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using AA to Automate the Business Processes, on a average manual work is heavy in all industries of IT like health care, hr, finance, banking, retail, ERP, etc,, so on this we are using AA to Automate our manual work, and we are giving our customer best output bu this, it runs 24*7 no manual efforts are required, and we are having lots benefits by AA bots, FTE saving, time saving, cost reduction, accuracy of the work and etc..
Recommendations to others considering the product:
AA might have some limitations as of now, hoping will chase that limitations as soon as possible

What do you like best about the product?
While doing some more priority work, we can complete extra work by just running a bot . Most of the Artificial intelligence packages and commands are also available . So you can use them also to release your work load .
The best thing is packages and commands are available for almost all the general and daily use applications. So for extra things to do in office like handle your mail box , your calendar meetings , some documentation work you can easily create a bot and your work is done .

What do you dislike about the product?
Message box can print only String type of values . To print other data types we need to first convert it in string using ' To String ' and then print it using message box . This is extra overhead .
Sometimes bots were not run and spend too much time in pre processing and deployment steps . For that we need to restart bot agent service and also sometimes need to restart our machine this is very disappointing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If your mail box is full of too many mails and you want to clean your mailbox without impacting your priority work. Then it can be done in just few steps. Simple login to Automation anywhere create a bot to perform respected action and run the bot. Now you can continue with your work and on the same time bot clean your mail box.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use User Interface, wide range of command packages available such as Office365 applications(Excel, Calendar and One Drive). Provide support for different data types such as table, records and File type is supported as well. Drag and drop options are available which provide faster development options. You have an option to track activities on cloud platform. It provides Credentials Vault to store sensitive information such as Username, Password, which are stored internally in excrypted form and user can use it by accessing there locker through credential vault.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance issues like downloading dependencies take time. Pre-Processing of the bots sometimes get stuck. Multi language support is not available. Sometimes interactive Bot errors are shown, for which you have to restart all automation anywhere services. Message box only provide support for only String variable, you cannot print Table, Record and other types of variable using Message Box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been working on automation of Office365 applications, specifically Excel, Calendar and OneDrive. I ham creating scripts to automate my event scheduling with the required attachments to be uploaded from OneDrive. I am looking forward to automate G-suite application for same use-cases.

This is the best Robotic Process Automation platform available. It almost provide all the functionalities for agent less computing.

What do you like best about the product?
In RPA Industry, AA is the major role playing in the market. AA 11.3.4 version is very easy to understand the logics and easy to implement the complex automation. Materials are provided by AA team in their official web site. Attended and unattended Bots are really helpful for clients. AI to implement the IQ Cognitive solution for extracting the structure PDF & unstructured PDF, Word document from form fields. Easy to create the custom dll components. Easy to create the packages. Dynamically pass the credentials parameter for individual Bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to create the custom components in the same metabot, need the visual studio software. Unable to filter the array values as default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that AA have the best solution and we have deployed the 7 process and 55 Bots are running in the production. Work Queue has been utilize the some of projects. Attended and unattended the bots are very helpful for clients. AA Experts are helps a lot to implement the stuff project and suggested to use the commands.

I will recommended to my friends and colleagues that AA have best wok queue concept, Notification emails, Packages, Custom components, IQ Bot and metabot.

This product has more helpful to reduce the human effort and time saving. This product has over the control to streamline the work process easily

Cannot able get accurate report through this automation, That should be improvise. In sales process credit management need to enable.

Every time when we are monitoring inactive user in automation software it should automatically locked after 30 days if it is inactive and send mail to the respective user automatically using bot. This mail automation is best benefits I Realized when I used.

Dynamic windows names not present in meta bot. Separate licensing required for iq bot. Complex UI unable to understand commands. Hard to debug. Complex UI, creating complexities. Unrealiable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating finance processes end to end includes process from AP, AR and GL Managing daily reports and extracting from ERP and sending to various process owners. Performing reconciliations for bank statements, vendor statements. Downlaoding heavy reports from ERP which time consuming and tidious task for humans.
